They don't give free water cups. Absurd. They force you to pay ridiculous prices for bottled water. No thanks!

I was having a talk, until this place was brought up and I think that this place is probably the most disgusting restaurant I have ever stepped a foot in. To make a long story short, me and my family got food poisoning here. The atmosphere was disgusting. There were flies everywhere, and the food was cold and rancid. The air was thick and tense. We were happy to be in Universal Studios, to see the Minions and the Transformers, until we got to this horrendous, awful place. I know I may sound exaggerated, but there was not a single member in my family that did not get sick. We either got diarrhea, or threw up in the night after we went, and in the morning. I fear the food might have had the Ebola in it... I am almost in denial that after so many years, people still get food poisoning from this ghastly restaurant. If you truly care about your kids, your family, don't think about taking them here, because when the sun went down and the moon rose up, it was one of the worst and dreadful moments of my life.

Just called in and asked for the manager and a Giovani took the call. I called to let Panda know my son and I got food poisoning from eating there yesterday Jan 4 around 4:50pm and how the staff had prefilled plates ready to go est.10 of them were sitting above glass but no warmers to keep food at proper template or away from passing customers and them touching or sneezing. Anyone could grab a plate. He apologized and hopefully he did an incident report but never asked for my info so I doubt Panda Express did one. The place was a dirty, floors dirty, we should have walked out but live and learn for next time. I will only get items cooked to order going fwd and not at Panda ever again.

Super delicious food, the only disadvantage is waiting in line inside Universal and it is quite long, but it is highly recommended ?

There is a Panda Express inside the park, but it's a few dollars more expensive. You can re-enter, so if you have time, we recommend eating here.

Worst customer service the employees are rude and non descriptive, I had to drive back for my order because they forgot to place one in the bag yet forgot to mention that I had to wait for the chow mein and that’s why it wasn’t placed in the bag. Racist people.

If I could give this place half a star I would!! Just took my family ( Husband & 2 daughters) to Universal Studios yesterday and we ate here. The food was absolutely disgraceful and over priced. There are only few options with very few combinations. It operates poorly like a high school cafeteria! They slide you a plate, a literal plate, with TINY portions on it! There are no boxes/trays for your meals like at a normal Panda Express. You are forced to either eat there at their filthy inside/outside tables that are never sanitized or wiped down, OR you can request the cashier provide you with a piece of FOIL PAPER to cover your food with and eat it elsewhere at the park. By the time you get to the register to pay after 50people asking for souvenir cup refills hop in front of the line, your food is cold.It was the most ghetto, penny pinching experience I ever had at an amusement park. With the millions of dollars Universal Studios makes DAILY, it is dissatisfying and out right ridiculous that they don’t even use some of that money to invest in proper necessities for their basic restaurants like Panda Express. Felt like I was in line at a back yard BBQ that ended up costing $40 for just two plates with minimal, cold portion sizes! In the middle of a recession for a family of four this is outrageous. Universal Studios, Panda Express, you can do better than this. Your customers deserve better for what we are paying. Definition of despicable.

I just got 1 plate fried rice. The rice is fully raw and burnt taste. How can anyone eat this? Will it digest after eating?

I don't recommend this place. The 2 ladies in the front were gossiping while i was getting my food. They only gave me half a scoop of Beijing beef and 6 pieces of shrimps.
