We came into this restraunt not expecting much, a quick snack after a long day at the theme park, but we were pleasantly surprised. With an extensive menu made for all sushi fanatics, there is a lot to choose from. The food is well cooked and the sushi is made in front of you fresh and is at a very high quality. With great service and exceptional food, I will certainly be coming back to this restraunt as soon as possible and would recommend to anyone looking for a hearty, fresh meal.Dietary restrictions: There are a great range of items for all allergies.

We love LUZBY (our waitress)!!!! This is the FINEST sushi restaurant I have ever stepped into. Service: fantastic. Food: yummy. Vibes: unmatched. They were able to seat a party of 6 on a Saturday night with no wait, though the restaurant was full of happy patrons, and the wait staff was so friendly it made me want to come back every day. Great prices, great service, quality food. Our waitress is now someone i consider a dear friend. She showed me the time of my life. Every fleeting minute here ranks in the top most enjoyable of my entire life. The waitress found out it was one of our birthdays and did not hesitate to be our personal hype man. Every interaction brought us more joy, more laughter, and more beer! I had so much fun after such a depressing week at work... I love this place so much

Usually when you go to a restaurant you feel it's a very A to B process. Get your food and go, this place is a little different though. Let me tell you something, Luzby is an Amazing server; very attentive and eager to help the guest enjoy the experience. She made the atmosphere feel very welcoming, giving a personalized experience the moment I sat down. Since she's the expert I took her recommendation on a few dishes, that I Definitely DON'T regret. I ordered the Universal roll, flaming star, tonkotsu ramen, tuna and salmon carpaccio, gyoza, and a special drink called the Dragonfly. If you ever go to Wasabi, which I HIGHLY suggest you do; ask for Luzby I GUARANTEE you won't be disappointed.
WOW! I never had a server that went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when dining in the restaurant. Celeste was amazing. Her 5 star service made me a permanent customer. Everyone I was with was impressed with the service. I will definitely be returning with clients when ever I am in the citywalk area. Thank you Celest for the amazing service.
