My wife loves Wetzel Pretzels and this was our first time at this location. The last two bags of pretzel bites were taken by the customer in front of us. The manager told everyone inside waiting for their order to wait outside and it happened to be windy and freezing outside. We had to wait 25 minutes in the freezing cold. The pretzel bag was not even filled to the top. We will not be going back to this location.

Never have any food available or ready. I've been here on at least 30 different occasions and it's always the same story. 20 minutes to cook that. We don't have that. We're sold out And they're always just lazily sitting there not being bothered, usually on their phones. It's ridiculous. Management needs to replace these people if they want to make any money. Always a dissapointment...

the food was ok, they refused to make new catches and just stood there talking and let the customers wait, and we try to approach them, and they just act like the didn't see anything or hear anything, and multiple customers started trying to talk to them but they just rolled their eyes and ignored what everyone said and continued talkingand gossiping with each other.

I think I'm not the only one who's had this experience but the customer service here is awful. The cashier had such a bad attitude I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything but drinks. She made it plainly obvious she hates her job. Not worth coming here

Good spot but the worker charged me 1.99 for cheese and didn’t even get it also I didn’t receive my free pretzel by downloading he app. The worker was also very lazy and gave no ice.

The prices here are insane. They definitely charge a lot more than say a Wetzel Pretzel in a mall. The quality isn't even good either. The pretzels tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while and weren't fresh. I've definitely have had better at different locations. Not worth the $$.

I have been to this store a few times now. Never have to wait in long line. I guess because there are so many shops to choose from, spread out the crowd. All their pretzels are made from scratch. So fresh, warm & delicious. I love my plain pretzels with many different kind of dipping sauces!

Yummy, fresh pretzels right next to the parking garages at Universal Studios! Across from Margaritaville. Paid exact change for my pepperoni and cheese pretzel. Pretzel was warm and soft. Enough to share. Lots of drinks, pretzel flavors, and sauce choices available. Locations in Anaheim have long lines so Im lucky to get some today in Hollywood.
