Great experience here today! Walking in, we were joking it felt like we were in a commercial. A nice server opened the door and welcomed us genuinely. Then, immediately, equally friendly server again greeted us to take us to our booth. This restaurant is very nice and clean, we noticed as we were led there. The food is consistently good, and the restaurant is modern and clean enough. The problem is service. It is always too slow. There are many similar restaurants in the area. If you go to Red Robin, know you're gonna wait longer than you want.

We came a little earlier than our large group and we waited in the bar. We told the server how many we were going to want to sit together and they got the tables ready while we waited. We had sodas and appetizers while we waited too. The rest of our party arrived and they had our table ready. The servers apparently all work together because they were always asking each often if they needed any help. It's nice to see the cooperation.
