Went yLast night around 7:30pm. My husband went up to the counter and saw the sample cups in a container and asked if he could get a couple of sample cups. The worker said "we don't do samples " grabbed the container (by this time my husband was walking away - but I was still watching the young lady roll her eyes and walk away. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day..I thought it was extremely rude..I will say the flavors we picked were good.. but the shaker toppings were almost empty. When we went to check out the tall young lady walked to the back. The shorter cashier was nice. We only went there bc we ate in the mall. We will stick to Menchies -their customer service is way better. Someone needs to talk to staff about general customer service! This was on 1/6 around 7:30 .

My wife and I really enjoy good frozen yogurt. Yogurtland has a good selection of flavors and they have various toppings. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. There is plenty of parking close by.

Giselle IS THE BEST! She's always so kind and always has a smile it really makes a difference! I can't tell you how many times my family and I have been down in a funk and her smile is so contagious it makes the experience sooo much better! Thank you Giselle for being so POSITIVE!

I love me some ice cream / fro yo at night. I honestly don't know why there aren't more open late here in Santa Clarita, but Yogurtland is. That's my PRO. Open late and a good selection of flavors. Now some CON. Yes they were open until 11:00 however about half the machines / flavors were low or out... even classic vanilla and tart! Big bummer. Also I'm not a fan of the servers scooping the toppings. I don't know something more satisfying about being able to build my own sundae like at another place. So it's a place to go in a pinch but I was kinda let down by the selection and experience. Staff was nice and plenty of parking out front.

Terrible service!In the last couple of visits I tried a couple of flavors and it turned out to be terrible.During my last visit I asked if I could sample a flavor before buying it, but employee said no.I just wanted to sample one flavor because I'm tired of buying flavors and getting disappointed afterwards. Sampling is the only way to know.Anyways, won't be coming back.

I love this place I often go late at night I have never experienced bad service the kids have always been great. All the chubby people complaining about the toppings being behind the glass all you have to do is ask for 12 scoops and they will gladly put them on ur yogurt I think all those complaints are more about being shy and not asking for what you want I find the kids very willing to help and everyone is allowed to have a bad day at work so be kind and give them a break.

During my recent visit to Yogurtland, I had an unfortunate encounter with one of their employees, Lilly. I am compelled to share my experience with others to shed light on the poor customer service I received. It started when my son asked Lilly for more blueberries to add to his yogurt. Instead of providing a helpful response, Lilly rolled her eyes in a dismissive manner. To make matters worse, she went to the back of the store to fetch the blueberries without informing us of her intentions. We were left waiting for an extended period without any communication from her end.Furthermore, I was disheartened to find out that Lilly refused to honor our military discount request. When I inquired about when they stopped providing the discount, her response was both disrespectful and unprofessional. She avoided making eye contact, continued to look down, and shrugged her shoulders with an attitude.

My last visit was good. They were out of all of the flavors that my children wanted to try. Maybe next time *shrugs*. Still clean, still great staff, nothing wrong. Solid 3 star visit.
