ZERO stars - absolute joke. Have phoned them and sent more than 3 emails to follow up on a delivery. Logged tickets and not one person has responded. They very quickly took my money and have not responded to any queries for months. They are not to be trusted.

**This review is for Amore Italian Desserts, which is a part of Cheers On Demand and operates on Postmates** My boyfriend and I decided to get some after-dinner desserts last night, and after weighing our options we ordered from Amore Italian Desserts. He ordered the tiramisu and I ordered the chocolate soufflé. The desserts weren't particularly cheap, but we decided to treat ourselves, because why not? When our food arrived, we opened the packaging and found that both were COMPLETELY frozen. I mean, you couldn't even get a fork through them. We popped the chocolate cake into the oven to see if it would help, but after we baked it for ten minutes, it tasted like a warm chocolate nothing. Then we tried to help the tiramisu along in the microwave for five seconds, but the cream instantly melted. For the best, maybe, because it tasted like artificial vanilla coffee creamer. We called Cheers this morning and were informed very matter-of-fact that "all the desserts are frozen." It would have been great if it that had been written literally anywhere on the business description or any of the item details. We won't be ordering from here again, and I recommend that you don't either.

Placed an order online for shipping down to Orange Country, was told afterwards that the item could not be shipped so ok then provided a local LA address (office building) to deliver to. The delivery arrived after business hours so the delivery driver, I believe they used DoorDash, had to return the item back to Cheers. Tried to work with the owner (?) or whoever was working the phones to reschedule the delivery or find another option including us driving up from Orange County to LA. The person on the phone was screaming at us, telling us we’re causing them to lose money and trying to commit fraud, scamming them which is not true. We offered to pay for their additional delivery charges, they incurred ($35), asked them to calm down before we continued the conversation to try to find options for resolution. The item was returned to the store as it could not be delivered during non business hours. Whoever we spoke to (did not get his name) was wildly unprofessional, shouting obscenities, and said “you must be drunk because you can’t understand”, again not true. I rarely write negative reviews and understand that this is a really difficult time for a lot of businesses but it’s unreasonable to speak/treat customers this way. Will not be shopping here again and will likely need to dispute this order as it is being refused to be fulfilled.

Rude. Ordered through Grubhub, messed up my order then called and hung up on me because I cancelled it. Terrible customer service and won't order from here again.

Was having a late night sweet tooth & felt like treating my boyfriend & I, so I bought the creme brulee, tiramisu, & chocolate mousse cake... $50 on Postmates for FROZEN STORE BOUGHT DESSERTS LOL WHAT??? They're not even called cheers on demand on delivery apps. They're called amore desserts. So deceiving, F place honestly, why so expensive for low qual trash food? Should've done research before.

They are named Amore desserts on postmates appearing as a high quality dessert cafe charging 11.99 for a piece of tiramisu. they arrived in a black plastic liquor store bag frozen solid like a brick. Disgusting and not edible. sandy texture tiramisu, low quality sponge cake all around disgusting desserts that costed 50 dollara for 3 items I coukd have got at ralphs for 4 bucks.. Going to drive to this place in my spare time and have a word with the owner. SCAM BUSINESS. I want to cram this tiramisu down the owners throat for selling this crap.

What the heck... firstly, you guys are posing as "amore italian dessert" on postmates. That was my first mistake with trusting that app. Secondly, I ordered two chocolate items and two non. I cant have chocolate so the others were for my partner. All items were chocolate even though the description was "caramel" just caramel. Didnt mention chocolate. What a massive disappointment. Yall did me dirty not once, but twice.

SCAM BUSINESS.... They have a business on Doordash/Postmates... "Amore Italian Desserts".. DO NOT ORDER... They are pre-packaged, frozen (literally, rock hard) AVERAGE desserts at a HUGE PRICE... WTF.Such a scam. You think you are gonna get some good desserts... they come frozen... and they are tiny. You'd expect to pay $3 tops.... they are more than 3x that... Argggggggg.. so friggin sleazy.So.... the family tried all their desserts..... friggin travesty. I am literally so upset at: 1.) The price/quality ratio. Full on scam 2.) Masquerading as an "Italian" desert business. ITS A DAMN LIQUOR STORE.When you were pricing the 3x3 inch Tiramisu, who's idea was it to charge $12 for it? "Hey, if we buy this crappy & tiny Tiramisu for $1, we can upsell it and take advantage of people during covid. Lets sell it for $12!! lololol.. suckers..." "Yeah, lets do it......there are suckers born every minute...". Oh.... the "Chocolate temptation...." and "Chocolate Souffle"...... awful. The "Chocolate Souffle" was I think like a 2inch diameter frozen chocolate averageness.....for $9.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Literally angry right now. Totally taken advantage of.

Trying to take advantage of the current pandemic. Their prices are double normal prices and they seem to have jacked up prices when BevMo ran out of beer. They are charging $20 for six packs. If you are staying home, And trying to order a beer, then you are stuck with their ridiculous prices because bevmo ran out of everything. Everybody else is working together and being reasonable, but these guys saw chance to turn a profit by taking advantage of the fact that they don't have competition now. Seriously, check their prices. It would be cheaper to buy in bulk from dodger Stadium.

Amazing. Decided to try bc hey "Safer at Home". Bought two bottle (point being didn't need to order a case). I think it came 30 minutes after placing an easy order! Lovely fellow put it on porch, rang bell, stepped back. My husband opened the door said thanks and there you go! All in time to enjoy with dinner. I like that they rang bell so we knew it was there and stepped back to maintain social distancing. Will DEF order again! Anyway I can support local over amazon I'm in!

Cheers On Demand delivered all of the alcohol for our west coast launch party. Our guests ended up drinking more than we’d expected, so we called Cheers and they sent more alcohol on demand! They saved the party! Thanks guys!
