Took over 3 hours of constantly calling the restaurant and asking where my delivery was, and each time they said "it's still on the way". I understand that it might be busy and that they might even be understaffed (and I mean no disrespect to the employees who were working through that difficult shift, as I've been in that situation many times at current and previous jobs), but I would rather have had them be honest and just say that, than keep making empty promises, forcing me to wait long enough to where I had to drive over to the restaurant -when I didn't have time to- and ask for a refund. And the Domino's app and website don't make it any easier because there's no way to report that your food didn't arrive and request a refund. No customer service phone number redirect either. All you can do is submit a report and the automated system trys to offer you a discount on your next order. Pathetic.

Every time I call this Marina del Rey location, I can't get anyone to pick the phone up and stay on. Last time I called to order food for take out, someone would pick up then hang up. This happened three times in a row.Another time, I wanted to order barbecue chicken pizza and there seemed to be a problem with me ordering the way I want it. The lady Insisted i buy it the way she feels. This store needs adequate management. After this horrible experience, I ordered from Pizza Hut across the street and No problems at all.

For some reason, half the time I order from this location, the app says "delivered" and then I think, maybe it's just out of sync, so I wait around for 30 minutes or so and call the location and explain how no pizza ever arrived. Then usually within 1 minute someone delivers my pizza. Is it coincidence, or are the drivers sitting outside my apartment for a half hour. Either way it's really obnoxious for the app to keep saying it's delivered way before it actually is. I only really order when I'm too busy to cook, so it's annoying how much time I spend figuring out what happened. At the end of the day, with delivery charge plus tip, you're paying $10 for this bad delivery notification system to screw it up.

Very bad service. Had ordered two large pepperoni and two large cheese pizza an hour before 11:45pm from the Dominos App which told it was being prepared. Later i called and talk to the manager only to find out that it had been prepared at all znd was not out for delivery only to wait for another 20 minutes in which then delivery driver arrived 40 minutes already 1:30pm. And tried to lecture about dire tions shen they all well new thdy had dropped the ball. I only order from the because my students at West Los Angeles College recommended Domino's Pizza. After that got all upset including myself and canceled the order. Nect time I will prder from Papa John's or Pizza Hut. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA IN CULVER CITY they are lazy and fraudulent. We have been ordering carry out from this location for nearly three years or more now. Always fresh, hot pizza!Great deals on the app, and a clean location! Customer service is nice, parking lot is difficult to navigate in and out of, but all in all, some quick eats at a fraction of regular pizza joint prices.Also, those new bread twists are super yummy, delicate, and flaky! Nice and hot and really just carb heaven. Won't deny it.. -1 star for inconsistency with desired pizza sauce amount.. Here's to our local Dominos Cheers Yelpers xx
