If sanitation is important to you, I suggest that you skip this particular Subway location.I personally will not eat any food without washing my hands first. Doubly so, when it's food that's meant to be held in my hands while dining. I have been to several Subways over the years but this is the first experience ever, with a location that will NOT allow customers to use their soap & water. The employees may or may not wash their hands. I guess any customer that actually trusts such a place is happy at playing E Coli Roulette.

Subway is everywhere. This place focuses on takeout, so the only eat-in space is a counter facing outside.Take advantage of the Footlong half-price coupon that can be used when ordering online! You can pick it up by ordering and telling your name.

Their online ordering process is actually quite efficient.I placed our order on the app and it showed when our sandwiches were being prepared and what the estimated time of pickup was. Pickup was efficient and the people working at this location were nice as well. The food tasted on par, and was made as ordered. So no complaints.A nice, clean location to fulfill those rando Subway cravings.Cheers Yelpers xx

Used their useless app to place an order to save time. Went over to pick up my order and they claimed they never got the order. I showed them the app and my payment and they still denied it. The manger told me to order again, so I did and was charged again. She refused to refund me for the double charge saying I can dispute it with my credit card which is ridiculous! This is a scam. The app is useless and a scam, but the way they handled it is extremely abusive and she was threatening on top of having pulled a scam on me. When I asked for the phone number to the owner, she refused. Be careful. Do not use the useless app. If they ask you to pay a second time, don't fall for it. It's a shameless hoax. They bank on you not spending half a day on the phone to dispute the duplicate charge that their own useless app is responsible for.

So I’m always coming in this subway never had a bad service so far that’s why I’m always tipping the sandwich artist but today was a very unexpected experience int todays shift at 12:05 pm by a girl who was trying to over charge me because I said extra pickles and instead of putting pickles she purposely grabbed a handful of olives and smiled after words and said “oh right no olives” ? And I told her I didn’t want a lot of dressing u squeezes the heck out of the buffalo sauce and drenched my sandwich and she kept giggling with another employee staring at me I felt harassed even with the manager there and all I had to ask if they charge for extra veggies and the only thing I asked was just for pickles very uncomfortable and unacceptable .. I had to clean my sandwich with my own napkins because they didn’t give me any !

One of the worst subways out of all the franchises in LA. Highly disappointed. There's a In and out down the street that is fantastic!

Missing 75% of the ingredients we ordered, which seems to happen if you order ahead. How can professional sandwich-makers mess up something so easy?!!

I've been coming to this Subway for many years and never had a bad sandwich, but yesterday I stopped by and it seemed like they have an entire new work force to go along with Subway's new menu. So I ordered the foot-long All-American Club, which is supposed to have oven roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, hickory smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions on a toasted Artisan Italian bread with mayonnaise. Sounds good, right? But the guy making the sandwich seemed to have trouble understanding English when I told him I wanted the All-American Club with "everything on it just like the sign says." I know it's a new menu or maybe he was a new employee, but he looked at the sign above several times as he started making my All-American Club. He put on some meat and cheese, and then toasted it. Then he asked me what I want on it and I repeated to "make it with everything on it just like the sign says." Then I started looking at the cookies and wasn't paying attention when he finished my foot-long All-American Club. I got home and warmed up the sandwich for dinner. Took one bite and it was the nastiest, weirdest tasting sandwich I have ever eaten in my life!!! I looked inside and found: Turkey, ham, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce...but NO bacon or red onions. Instead, I also found spinach, olives, pickles, cucumber, and peppers! I picked off all the ingredients that are NOT supposed to be on the All-American Club, but the taste had soaked into the rest of the sandwich so it still tasted weird and nasty. Thinking more about it, I think the guy misunderstood when I told him I wanted everything that the sign said is on an All-American Club, and thought that I wanted every ingredient that Subway offers. If this Subway is under new ownership with a totally new staff, please train them and hire people who understand English!
