I've been going to the Original Tommy's in downtown LA for 50 years. Tommy Burgers with the big tomato, pickles and chili is the best in the world! Nice to see remote locations in Long Beach, Fountain Valley and Hollywood serving the same high quality standard at any location and open late as always!

I just got home and bit into the burger and the bun was stale. Called in to try and let them know, but the person I spoke to just kept asking me what I meant. I don't know how else to tell you the bread is bad. It either is past due or it wasn't stored correctly, but the bread is stale.

Tommy's is a great place.The chili is what sets them apartfrom all other burger joints.I love the Chili Tamales. They areactually beef tamales, not pork.The burgers are okay. Nothing special. I never had the hot dogs, so in fairness, I can't offer an opinion on them.If you want a real treat unlike any other restaurant around, get the chili sausage patty breakfast sandwich. Truly sublime.Great thing is you can get chili to go, for those occasions when only Tommy's Chili can satisfy a need for a chili fix.Always remember to be kind to the people who serve you. Your kindness and patience goes a long way for the hard working staff.

First time going to a Tommy's that wasn't the one on Roscoe Blvd. Very happy that they had the same great taste that I've come to love! Drive through was very slow considering there was noone else there but the food was exactly how I expected it to taste

We got here just before 6 pm they locked the doors on a Thursday so it's drive thru only now. I ordered a chili cheeseburger they are now scrimping the on the chili I hardly got any. This place is for chili burgers very disappointed. My burger was a little cold. Fries were a little cold too not fair Place was clean.

Its alright. I ordered the chili hot dog and it was drenched in chili which isn't a bad thing if you love chili but my hot dog bun was soggy and I couldn't even eat it right lol. I got cheese fries and they were good so I added the chili from the hot dog to my cheese fries and it was cool. I just wish the chili had more flavor its pretty bland.

Love this place every time I'm the 101 and in the mood for a fantastic burger with fries and as well as the chilly very awesome! The service is just fantastic and the last tiMe I was there one of the employees that was just absolutely amazing was Adrianna she had the best costumer service. Very fast and my food hot and so fresh thank you guys and thank you Adrianna
I just came here for food.... ?I stopped by Tommy's burgers for a chili burger and what I got was outstanding. I was greeted by a smile by not one, but all 4 employees working. I ordered a triple chili burger and the customer service by Leslie was outstanding! The food was hot and fresh (something I can't find anymore) they prepped the food to go and wrapped it to keep it hot. Thank you Leslie, Denece, Heaven and Alejandro for the amazing food and keeping it warm while I take it home. I'll be back and make this my number #1 spot for fresh burgers.

I've been so happy ever since they opened this location in Ventura! Great Tommy's chain, the food has always been delicious and the service super speedy. I recommend getting your chili and cheese on the side with your meals since it makes things less messy for takeout. It's always a good meal when I pick up Tommy's!

I love Tommy's food, and if I had gotten my food, it probably would have been great. Unfortunately, they can be so slow in the drive-through that it just doesn't qualify as "fast-food". With 2 cars ahead of me and one person inside the restaurant, it's not like they were super busy, and yet after taking 12 minutes to get to the window, they still didn't have my food ready. Unfortunately, I was going to be late for work so I had to leave my food behind. Basically got to pay $14 for a soda.
