I always order from the Pizza Hut on Victoria in Ventura. I would like to give a big appreciation to Kristin. She is an amazing employee who goes above for her customers. She takes the time to call back if there any issues with the order. She is always kind and helpful when I need help with an order. Big SHOUT OUT to KRISTEN for just be wonderful! PMJ
This Pizza Hut is the only one in all of Ventura, and they handle that really well! The manager Tyler is ALWAYS so nice every time I make an order! You can tell it's usually short staffed due to covid but no matter how busy they are, Tyler doesn't make you feel like a burden or rushed! We missed the old Pizza Hut so we decided to give it a try in a neighboring town. As it is I'm not a big pizza lover. The pizza was good and the cheese bread sticks were tasty. But not the pizza it once was during the times that you were able to sit down and order. The commercials give it more justice than the real thing.
