I ordered at 11:40 am to pick up in 20 minutes. Wait in line for another 20 minutes to find out that they aren't making any potatoes now three of us don't have lunch and I'm still waiting another waste of my lunch for a refund. Never again. I'll buy baked potatoes elsewhere.

I recently visited "I Heart Sammie's" and was thoroughly impressed! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and creative combinations that make each bite a delight. The staff is dedicated and always on time, ensuring that every customer has a great experience. I also appreciated their willingness to help with things outside of their title, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it's clear that they have a good sense of understanding of what makes a great dining experience. Plus, they always manage to put a smile on your face. I highly recommend.

Sometimes simplicity is the answer. Actually, it’s almost always the answer. Service is excellent, food is excellent, and the spot is awesome. It’s a winning formula. And I’m a picky person!!! High marks aren’t things I just dish out! I will be making it a regular spot I visit from here on!

Went here for the first (and last) time after hearing good things about this place. Apparently within that time they had changed ownership and the quality has really gone downhill. They got my order wrong despite that I was the only one in there and I could overhear one of the employees telling the one making it what was in the order. Somehow they still managed to screw it up and I was given a completely different order. I called to let them know and I was told that this was a common occurrence by the employee who answered the phone. I was offered a replacement but honestly the food was so bad I never went back. I would’ve been better off getting a salad from Wal-Mart. I shared my experience with my friends who had previously told me it was good and they agreed the quality has gone downhill and they also no longer recommend this place. For what they charge you’d think the food would be better.

Food took so long for them to warm up bread. I ordered their clam chowder cause I remember Salad shop having bomb clam chowder from splash. DO NOT ORDER THIS CLAM CHOWDER they are not the same. This was basically water with clam pieces. Honestly save your money since this place is terrible now.

I ordered the vegetarian sub add bacon (I'm not vegetarian but can't eat lunch meat because I'm pregnant). The bacon is cold crumbles like they would use for salad, not sandwiches. I wonder if they use this kind of bacon for the BLT as well. The vegetarian sub is supposed to have avocado and cream cheese, mine has neither.

The food took forever. Four employees, one was kinda working and one was walking around the whole time yelling(chatting) another employee. I ordered a cold sandwich. There was no other customers in the building. It changed ownership apparently. This place horrible. Cheap food and way over priced. $14 for day old bread. Employees just hanging out with their feet up where customers eat. Sweet.
