Absolute awful place. We had a reservation for 7 pm. We were told we could wait at the bar while our table was ready. After 20 minutes, we were told that we could have a wonderful table in the front corner by the window. A group of four men walk in, and they are seated instantly at the table that we were told was ours. Instead, we were offered a table practically in the front door, which was wide open as the evening chilled. Absolute awful customer service. Do not go to this terrible "hot spot."

MY NEW FAVORITE! I'm so impressed. "Chateau" is a triple threat to other WC restaurants. Food, decor & service was a definite home run. Exquisite charming place to have a fabulous meal with elegant cocktails perfectly poured. From second one it was such a great experience by two extremely professional hostesses, who knew just how to greet each customer like you're going to their house for dinner and also gave us a warm goodbye for next time. Service was excellent, like back from the ole' days when customer service was king. The decor is spot on for such a small space, it's elegant yet sooo SF hip. Best brussel sprouts and smashed burger with fancy fries that I've ever had in my life! I order sprouts everywhere I go, but wow, this place nailed it! The menu is quite unique with something for everyone. Can't wait to go back and try the bougie grilled cheese. The din is fun, like really fun, a great chatty bustling vibe, but not too loud to have a conversation.

I couldn’t wait to check out Walnut Creek’s newest restaurant/bar and hotspot. I’ve been waiting for a classy place to open here and it didn’t disappoint!
The cocktails were unique and delicious and I tried the burger (w/truffle fries), which might be the best in town!
The staff was great as well. I can’t wait to try the other items on the menu next time.

The vibe and staff of the restaurant are really great and the place is designed very nice. The food was also very tasty. I tried their lamb chops and it was really good. The portions are small though.

Wow, I'm so excited this place opened up. There isn't a cute bar vibe like this in DTWC. The drinks were good and service was fast and friendly. I can totally see this being a good spot to buy out for a party. I love the caviar options. The crispy stuffed olives are a chef's kiss. Olive oil cake not overly sweet. Will come back.

I had a wonderful time at Chatoue Honey+Brie in Walnut Creek. The bar has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a night out. The cocktails were absolutely delicious, expertly crafted, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. To top it off, the owner was so nice, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this spot for great drinks and a welcoming vibe.

I truly enjoyed this restaurant. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and our server Sabrina was excellent. She explained every entre and drink, she was very kind and attentive. We can't wait to go back for the lamb chops.

Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. The hotel staff said this was the best and most beautiful charcuterie box she has ever seen! Oh how we enjoyed it once we were up in our room! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again when in town!
