I'm giving this establishment a fairly low score, primarily because I'm irritated with yet another example of a Subway franchise owner not honoring the coupons that the corporate office issues. I've posted a photo that this location has posted in the store making it clear they will not honor any coupons. Yes, I understand that there's probably allowance for individual locations to refuse to honor coupons, but this is getting tiresome with a lot of Subways restaurant locations...read full review

This location is in Ygnacio Plaza, which would merit extra employees and better quality food to go along with its volume of customers. However, pleasant customer service from one employee (possibly the same employee mentioned in several reviews) does not make up for the lack of customer service and support from the manager on shift.
