Staff super friendly (as they should be) bathroom was filthy and had no paper. The bathrooms are locked and access is only granted with a code, so there is no reason for bathrooms to out of paper and filthy if they are being cleaned and replenished twice a day....

Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Carson. I wanted to haveAmericano coffee, and Starbucks makes the best tasting coffee. This Starbucks coffee shop didn't have drive-thru services. And they had outdoor dining tables.When I walked to Starbucks, it was a small place. They kept the place clean and neat. They had few people weresitting on the tables.A young man welcomed me with the greetings. He was nice and friendly.I ordered a couple of coffees, and he asked me if Americano coffee was ok.Yes. I liked their Americano coffee.After that, I got the coffee, but it was a strong and bitter taste coffee. Americano should be mild coffee. It was made with half of the expresso and half of the water.Afterward, I added some milk & andit tasted much better.This Starbucks used to have lots ofcollege students hang out at night.Tonight, this place was empty andquiet.Anyway, I like Starbucks coffee.Starbucks' regular coffee is prettystrong, but other favored coffee arereally good. They also serve breakfastand lunch sandwiches. And they havepastries, scones, muffins & others.

Terrible! I will never be back. They have slow ass TANIYA working at the register whom doesn't know how to properly take drive through orders and she act like she can't hear. She's also, nasty attitude, and just overall gives me a slow employee. Maybe you'll should switch her station to something a little less fast pace. Croissant was dry as hell & they didn't have bagels. Really didn't have shit & I won't be back. 0/10 recommend this Starbucks.

Beware! Although the app and yeh sign on the store window says than in store closes at 11pm. They doors are locked at 8:00 and you have to go through the drive thru making for a looong wait to pick up your mobile order.just spent 30 mins in the damn line to pick up my mobile order.

I went to go grab my drinks at 7:22am. The barista gave me the wrong drink. I ordered one cold drink and one hot drink. I told her that one of my drinks is wrong. You gave me 2 hot drinks. One of the drinks is a cold drink not hot. She said, I will go fix that. When I got the correct drink, it look ugly. It didn't taste good.

I asked for a trenta cold brew with. 10 pumps of sugar, free vanilla, and no ice heat literally bring back a 1/2 cup of coffee period who does that?

I go here all the time but today 05/24/2023 this lady was Rudley explaining that they had shortidge of matcha and we ordered three birthday cake pops and we only got two and they were for My kids and it really disturbed me
