Delicious funnel cake! They have many different flavors to choose from and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back 😁

Ice cream tastes hand made and natural. Better quality and flavor than any big brand franchise. Scoop Street feels like a local, owner operated neighborhood shop.

Love me some dessert & love supporting a small business. The funnel cakes here are so good. The cookies are delicious as well. Service is always great.

Really densely packed scoops at surprisingly low prices. Great quality in flavor. I couldn't take pictures because I began eating it right away haha

I stopped by Scoop Street Ice Cream around 7 PM, hoping for a simple treat, while my roommate was excited to try their strawberry funnel cake. Right from the start, the service felt off. The staff seemed dismissive, and when I asked about adding a cone to my order (as advertised), I was met with an slight-attitude like I was being difficult for even asking. When I finally got my ice cream, it was barely sitting on the cone, already melting everywhere. By the time I reached the counter to pay, it was dripping down my arm, making it a struggle to grab my wallet while the staff just stood there watching. They told me where the napkins were, but it felt more like they were just going through the motions rather than actually trying to help.

Then, to top it all off, before I even got a bite, my entire scoop fell onto the table. Sticky, frustrated, and feeling like a joke to both the staff and other customers, I was just done. No one asked if I was okay or offered any help—it was like they couldn’t care less. Meanwhile, my roommate enjoyed her funnel cake, which was great, but the way I was treated made it hard to care. I work in food service, so I get that things can get busy, but a little effort to make customers feel welcome goes a long way. If management wants people to actually enjoy coming here, they need to step up their customer service. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the very few places you can get a fresh funnel cake. My main reason to visit is always the warm brownie sundae. Excellent to share with a couple of scoops of salted caramel ice cream. Always clean with a friendly staff.

This place is better than crumble cookie. The cookies aren't overly sweet. They are just right. I would take my daughter once a month and take a half dozen cookies to my parents. The peanut butter cookie was a family favorite. I haven't been in over a year and was so happy when I was able to stop by. I'm not sure what happened, or maybe it was the batch? The peanut butter cookie I ordered was good but grainy. Still wonderfully soft and yes cooked all the way unlike crumble cookie. But each bite seemed like I was eating a bit of raw sugar.before the bites were like an homemade traditional soft peanutbutter cookie. Maybe it was this batch.

The funnel cakes are a must. They are delicious and I think better than the Knott’s funnel cakes. Prices are affordable. Not over priced like other comparable places.

it's delicious desserts except that for a place called Scoop Street Ice cream I would have expected homemade Ice Cream instead of Thrifty's which is available for much cheaper at Rite
