I stayed at the hotel for four nights. I ordered the Cali Egg Sandwich and orange juice for breakfast but swapped the bacon for vegan sausage since I'm pescatarian. I found a spot inside and my food was brought to me. It was just ok.. lacked flavor but I could tell good quality ingredients were used. I ordered the Strawberry Acai smoothie the next morning. It was good, just expensive. Came to about $17! I ordered in room dining the next morning - they make you download the 1 Hotels app to view the menu which is annoying - it's the same menu as 1Kitchen. Ordered the 1 Breakfast. Again, just OK. On my last day, I had a Tuna Wrap with French Fries before heading to the airport. Just OK. I wouldn't say any of the food was good :( I guess I give them 3 stars because the ambiance, the friendly and helpful staff, and because it wasn't bad, just not good.

I've never written a yelp review until I visited One Kitchen. Took my girlfriend out for a Valentine's Day dinner after making a reservation for several weeks just to find a piece of METAL in my GNOCCHI. I would've been more understanding if there was a string of hair but a piece of metal in a pasta dish?????? Worst of It all, the piece of metal scratched her mouth & we had to go get It checked out. One visit to One Kitchen gon get you a one visit to the ER.

Lovely set up. A bit loud. Unfortunately the food is not up to what it should be. Also, the black cod is small. And I mean appetizer small! Pretty tasty but not much to it. The salmon was drowned in a too-heavy sauce and the broccolini was delicious but it had cooled by the time it got to our table. Our waiter was friendly but inattentive. He didn't refill our waters until after we had already asked for the bill.

Great experience, service and food. Luis was our server and he was attentive, made great suggestions and did not make us wait for anything! We ordered the chicken, brussels sprouts, truffle fries and beats salad. All delicious and fresh. The manager Brian also stopped by to check on us and was really sweet. The design of this property is so beautiful. Juniper lounge next door is lovely. We will definitely come back. :)

We stayed at the 1 Hotel in Weho and ate here on several occasions. We had lunch when we checked in and had breakfast each morning (included with our package). Not 'breakfast' in the package is defined at before 11am and one should take care to ensure the hotel bill is accurate as two of our meals were charged after 11am despite actual dining time (but that's on the hotel, which they addressed). The food was great. Plenty of healthy options for breakfast. I had the ricotta pancakes, avocado toast with egg and grain bowl for the three mornings. Each was helped along with freshly squeezed juice or smoothie and all were delicious. The pancakes were down right decadent...melting in your mouth. The one day we ate lunch I had a veggie melt....with truffle fries of course. Probably a little heavier than I should have gone for, but those fries did not disappoint! Service was good and we were seated quickly each time. Highly recommend if staying in the hotel (which we lovee) or in the area for breakfast / lunch.

Ate lunch at 1 Kitchen after checking into the hotel earlier today. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded so we had our choice of seats. Chairs/ booth were comfortable and super chill in typical 1 Hotel fashion. Service was quick and good. We had options of both the breakfast and lunch menus. I went with the vegetable melt and truffle fries. Not the healthiest of options, but those fries...wow. My wife had the heirloom tomato panzanella and the corn soup which were both delectable. We washed lunch down with a Modern Times Fortunate Islands ale and a glass of Thomas Jefferson Rose. The winter 2020 menu offers plenty of options for both plant based and more traditional palates which is also good for us. Would eat here again for convenience and for overall food, service, and delivery.

1 kitchen is a newer, hot and trendy spot for just about anything. Met my bff from NYC and had some appetizers and cheese plates. The food was great and of course so was the ambience. So why not a 5 star? Well, it was a bit chaotic around 4-5 in the afternoon due to some event taking up some restaurant spaces. They didn't know where we should sit, and who should help us. But, it was all squared away in about 10 minutes or so. So 4 stars it is. I do recommend it and will surely be back.

Absolutely fantastic, we had a late dinner - which can mean lack of staff attention. But this was not the case, we had wonderful service from Jasmine and if we weren't still full from last night we would go for breakfast!
