I had a burger and one of their Asian chicken sandwiches that pretends to be korean. Neither were good or worth trying again. The burger was small and put together very poorly. American cheese will never substitute the quality of cheddar. But there are Korean chicken sandwich is absolutely disgusting..

Not as busy as when it first opened. But the hype has worn off and lots of other locations now. The lines aren't as long which is good for customers but not good for their business. Seems to be following the same trajectory as Koo Koo Roo, the chicken place that Shake Shack now occupies. Started off packed to the seams and slowly widdled down to a trickle even though food quality aleays maintained. Guess people get tired of some foods after a while.

Nice, clean, and overpriced location. I have noticed that the service is extremely slow and unorganized with everyone awkwardly waiting around the service window for their order, extra napkins, condiments, etc. Verrrry slow.

This is a expensive burger joint. What else can I add to the shake shack. The food is fresh. What more would you want from a burger joint. In West Hollywood.Parking: Pretty easy to park. A nice size parking lot. I didn't have any trouble parking because I walked. There seems to be ample parking. For Weho this is a plus. Maybe I should have kept that quiet. Cats out of the bag now.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair. From what I saw. I can see a person with a wheelchair. May find that there may be enough space. To maneuver a wheelchair. From my standing experience.

The staff will bring it to you when it is ready.At Shake Shack, drinks are not served on your own, but are served in a package.The taste of a burger is something I know.Because our tastes are differentThere are many Shake Shack burger stores in LA, so it's nice to be able to get there easily.
