Today, was the best experience I have ever had at Taco Bell and it was all because of a great associate named Alma!!!! She was extremely sweet, polite, and patient while having a bright smile upon her face. I normally go to the TacoBell closer to my house, but because of Alma, I will drive the extra 10mins. It is worth it.

I came here and the employee didn't even welcomed us with a smile she was just staring at us. She didn't even gave me the receipt her body language was rude. Even while giving my order she just threw the bag on the table.Worst

I went through the drive thru and forgot the total by the time I arrived at the window.The lady at the drive thru says “ I told you back there already!” In an extremely rude tone. Tacobell should work on training employees to give kind service.Won’t be back as long as same level of employee training…

I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with Xtra meat (1.00) add green sauce (.25) for a total of $8.22 needless to say when I returned home there was NO Xtra meat NO green sauce and NO sour cream upon returning to make it right the evil, miserable Mexican mgr. Was rude and nasty first suggesting I didn't order that then when I produced the receipt she says, " oh, yeah it's right because I made it I showed her ALL the red sauce inside she continued to stick to her lie, then when I asked for a refund, she only refunded$6.60 saying that's all I paid for the items when I told her to look at my receipt! The place was empty as heck!! (Should have been a clue) needless to say I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location. A 3 star rating is too good for this place

Very dissatisfied with there drive thru service. Driving up they had me wait several minutes before taking my order. Then having to repeat what I wanted numerous times for them to hand me the wrong order after specifically telling them what I wanted. Giving them the food back the woman at the window seems like she doesn't know what a taco supreme is, and to give me another back with the wrong order AGAIN. Then upon that I asked for sauce when they finally got it right on the third try and Theres no sauce so I had to walk in upon waiting at the counter before someone actually asked me what I needed, customer service is trash and language barrier in there is trash I will never pay another dollar at that Taco Bell again and I kept my composure and was very understanding and nice but to be honest I'm pissed the fuck off. GET IT TOGETHER.
For some reason their food is very dry now. Fiesta potatoes are now alway like they have been microwaved deeply. Burned the casadila and didnt put any chipotle sauce. Its like the they are saving the sauce to take home for themselves. Very very disappointed.Very rude and unprofessional employees. But the management don't care.Didn't give me half of the ordered food and when I asked his response was so "so what"And they want $20 an hour pay
Food is what you expect from Taco Bell. Service needs work though. No reason to catch attitude when you give me the wrong soda and I ask for the correct one.
