One of my worst taco bell experiences over 20 years. 3/4 items were incorrectly prepared and the 4th item, chips, came upside down and spilled all over the bag. I had to throw away one of the items due to dietary restrictions and would not have eaten the other items if I wasn't so hungry.

I just ordered 2 chipotle burritos and had 4 tiny pieces of chicken in them and hella lettuce. Was really looking forward to eating these since I haven’t had it in a while. Wasn’t worth it. The one off harbor is much better.

Ordered the new strawberry cream drink, lady gave me the frozen the strawberry freeze. I told her that it was wrong and she argued with me. Since I was late I did not argue. Looked at menu after I left and it was the wrong drink.
My husband loves taco bell. So we pull in for a grab. We had dine-in, got our food and in the middle of eating. One of the employees who was wearing a headset starts sweeping around. He looks at us a few times and then walks over and sweeps the freaken booth seating we were sitting at. Literally next to me. I was in shock! I looked up at my husband and gave him the look of "did he really just use the broom to sweep the seat??" My husband and I stopped eating and looked at him. He just glanced and continued. At this point I couldn't even swallow my food and gave my husband the go. The place was definitely a clean place. Workers were cleaning their areas in the kitchen. But I think this one should be retrained in cleaning tables and seats.

Didn't tell me that didn't have volcano taco shells but still charged me for them and just gave me regular shells, stating there is no taste difference between fiery shell and regular shell. Poor customer service if you can't tell customer your charging them for product you don't have!

If I could give negative stars I would. An employee there stole mine and three other victim's credit cards. When asked about it, he tried hiding them in a trash can and then when confronted, he took off out the back door and fled in his car. The shift supervisor even said that he suspected the employee might be stealing, but no manager would answer their phone to come pull up the security camera footage to confirm it. How many other times has he done this to people?! This can't be the first time an incident like this has happened. And to top it off, when I arrived back at the taco bell to look for my card, the same employee was still taking people's orders and credit cards at the window register, even after he was suspected to be stealing cards! Have the guy clean the bathrooms or mop the floors if you suspect he might be stealing people's credit cards! Now I have to spend all day tomorrow cancelling and ordering a new card and redoing all my bills to a new card. All for some cold food that I don't even want to eat now!!!
