Came here on a slow Tuesday lunch break to use up a $10 gift card I had from quite a while ago - glad it still worked! Ordered a chicken panini with tomatoes and spinach (I think?) and a side of cream of chicken soup with dirty rice (You Pick Two), and this came out to around $11.50 (a bit steep for both the quantities and the quality of the food). Pretty overpriced for what you get! I spent over $20.00 and all I got was a half salad and half sandwich and small drink. For that price you can go to a nice restaurant for dinner and get a better meal. But if the price isn't a bother to you for this type of meal, the food is pretty fresh and delicious. The place was pretty empty and I was there at dinner hour 5:30-6:00 pm. I'm pretty sure that their prices and the higher cost of gas now is hurting business not only for Panera...read full review
This was my first time at any Panera Bread location. I was greater by Malik, who was super friendly and helpful. He recommended a few favorites of his and they turned out to be delicious. Huge shouts to Malik for the excellent customer service. Service that I don't even receive in a normal sit down restaurant.
