I ordered a cold drink and a pocket and they handed me the pocket and 14 minutes later the drink and the store with only 3 customers is not reasonable.

The place is cool and clean, the service is so so, as the workers sometimes are not nice and not patient… and it feels they are stress and unhappy to work from some reason, but in general it’s a cool place and has a lot of place to seat with a laptop and to enjoy a coffee and conversation with friends over.

Very clean and well designed. Good location and street access. Plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and efficient Wheelchair accessible. My go-to breakfast items: White chocolate mocha, rolled oats, spinach feta wrap.

Update...we went back the next day and the matcha was spot on and they gave it to us free!
Original review....Our Matcha lattes were very clumpy and we couldn't drink them....1 star but adding 2 stars because the manager offered us a free drink instead. Matcha needs to be sifted and whisked.

The staff are supper slow at this location. It takes them 20 minutes to handle 4 cars on drive through. This is while the other branch less than 1 mile away on Canoga Ave and Ventura blvd inside the gas station handles 15 cars in 20 minutes.
