I rarely if ever write reviews but this just made me so mad.I called in a pizza that has bacon on it and 6 twists. When I went to pay I'm informed that 6 twist only come with one ranch and that I would need to pay for additional. The manager said this was new. One cup is not enough for 6 twist and it's always been 2.. that said, I added 4 more and paid for it... I should have asked for how much it would be cost cause she charged $3.48 for four 2oz cups of dressing.I waited for the pizza to be ready and while I waited, I watched the lady in the kitchen grab the entire container of bacon from the make table and walk behind the area where they cut the pizzas, have a conversation with whom I can only guess was the manager and out she comes with my pizza. I open the box to look and sure enough, they added the bacon on top of the pizza. While I know the bacon is precooked, no one should be handing out pizzas with cold bacon on it for a number of reasons... when I called her on it, she said, "what do u want me to do about it?" I asked to have the pizza remade. When that pizza was ready, she showed it to me and said, "sorry u thought ur topping was uncooked,"WHAT? So now I'm the crazy one? My dad owns several Round Tables, I would never complain cause I know what its like to work in that industry after working there for 8yrs... I could make those pizzas in my sleep and know exactly what I saw. She should have let me know what the issue was and given me the option of what I wanted to have done. One option being that they could have cooked the bacon on foil and then put it on the pizza, not tell me I didn't see what I saw.I hope the owner pays attention to how his employees are handling food and as consumers, make sure all ur topping are cooked.

I come here few times out of the year. Don’t really eat much pizza but when I do this one other place are my go to. Been awhile since I’ve been here . This store has good pizza and salad bar, however I noticed on my receipt on the the top I was charge $2 for a tip? For the employee. Since when did this charge begin? $2 isn’t a big deal but just surprised to see that charge on my receipt.

Ordered a wrist band to get some beer and non of the taps were full only about 3 out of 20 were available so we tried one and it was warm and gross we asked for the ID back and the girls behind the counter had a horrible attitude and tried to charge us for the 1 glass of warm beer horrible service trash attitude definitely don’t like their jobs sad to see

We placed an online order and it was promised for 6:14pm. Pizza arrived very late and when we called to see if they were going to discount the price for such a late delivery, we were only informed that they were backed up and that the delivery should arrive sometime. The manager, Veronica, refused to discount the price or do anything to make up for the late delivery. I'm not sure if we'll be back here, despite the normally good pizza they offer. It's expensive, so I expect good service to go with it, but we didn't receive that.

Ordered for here then my child had an emergency so we got it to go and I guess to ask her to put it in a box and to get to go cups was too hard. You don’t tell a customer I guess so and roll her eyes at someone I will never come back to this one again. That was the rudest thing I have ever in encountered. This was at 12:15pm in Yuba city by CVS rude lady. And she was so stoned you can tell.

My pizza was 45 minutes late it was cold the box had somone elses name on it so they gave us one wrong Pizza. Then they made their driver come all the way back to pick up both pizzas because I asked for a full refund. It was their mistake for being 45 minutes late and sending out the wrong food. I work in the restaurant industry and my company would have actually rectified the situation by just giving a comp and accepting responsibility.

I called this place and Attendant said pickup time is one hour, I said i am ok with that. Then She hang up on me. i called back and asked that why did she hang up on me. She said she is helping in kitchen and can’t take any more order for 30 mins.

The young lady on the phone was extremely rude. I use to order pizza several times a month from this location but had stopped because of poor service and multiple order issues. I see it hasn't changed. Good luck with your order

Heater "set by corporate" was on. It was 84 inside the restaurant in June!3 out of 3 visits had the pizza diameter about a full inch short from reaching the full metal pan size and thin crust even though we order regular crust, definitely cheating the customer on what they paid for. Salad items aren't always cold. Tables always dirty or sticky. Very low employee morale here.

This is the double play pepperoni pizza that we ordered. Look at how flat it is. Anytime I order from the round table on bridge street they give us a fluffy proofed pizza. I am disappointed with the stabler location. Go to the new one instead.
