I got a birthday reward for a dessert and chose to get the cookies and cream churros! I placed the order in the store and it was ready within 5minutes. The churros were so good! I wish they had a little dipping sauce but overall it was great!

I've visited Fuzzy's in Arvada twice now for breakfast. As a huge breakfast burrito fan, I've enjoyed both meals. The first time, I asked for reduced eggs. While the second, I added in black beans which balanced the amount of eggs. I've always found some places overload eggs, but it seems Fuzzy's knows their balance! Both burritos were loaded with ingredients and could easily be shared by two (guess I was HUNGRY). Fortunately, Fuzzy's is walking distance so lunch and dinner will be up next!

I picked up an order that my daughter placed yesterday afternoon (October 30). We received all of the food items, but not the strawberry lemon margarita. I’ve tried for two days to get hold of someone at the restaurant but no one picks up the phone. Did all employees quit since yesterday? Horrible customer service.

This has been my go-to shrimp taco place from inception. The food and drinks are great. The service appears to be manager dependent. The one they have now has hit an all new low. I was there today, for the last time. The service was deplorable. The fellow behind the bar straightening things didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. I finally asked if he could help me by taking my order. He said no, he couldn’t. I asked if he could find someone who could. A woman came who did take my order but was stymied when I wanted to redeem Fuzzy’s points. I asked for a manager. She could do the job but couldn’t possibly have been more rude and snippy about everything. Deplorable! I have been a loyal customer from when they first opened. No more. All the other Fuzzy’s I’ve been to provide wonderful, friendly service in addition to good food. I’ve no idea why the one closest to me can’t seem to pull that off. There are 3 other places with tacos close to Fuzzy’s. I’ll be going to one of those when in Olde Town or driving to a Fuzzy’s farther away from now on.

Other than when under the leadership of a couple of specific managers, service has often left much to be desired. I liked the tacos enough to try to ignore it. The current manager has driven service to an all new low though. I was there today, for the last time. The service was beyond deplorable. There were only a few people there eating, no one was in line and it was clearly a slow night. The fellow behind the bar straightening things didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to place an order. After standing there some time, I finally interrupted his cleaning, asking if he could help me. He said, “no he couldn’t.” I asked if he could find someone who could. He brought a woman who had been standing over by the cooking area. She took my order but was then stymied by me wanting to redeem Fuzzy’s points. I asked for the manager. She arrived and could do the task but couldn’t have been more rude or snippy at every opportunity for exchange. Egregious! When the order did arrive, only half of it was there. Those kind of mistakes are understandable and OK. Awful customer service attitudes simply are not. I have been a loyal customer since the Arvada location opened. No more! All the other Fuzzy’s I’ve been too on the Front Range provide wonderful, friendly service in addition to good food. I’ve no idea why the one closest to me can’t seem to pull that off. There are 3 other taco places within a block or two. I’ll be going to one of those when in Olde Town or driving to a location farther away from now on.

I placed a $60 pickup order at 6:50pm. When I arrived to pick up my order my food was ready. But I had to stand there for 16 minutes while the bartender made my two margaritas. Slowest bartender ever. Drinks tasted like lemonade. @ $11 a piece. My food was cold by the time I was able to get home. What a frustrating experience from my local taco shop five minutes away.

Only redeeming part about Fuzzy's is their margaritas. Tacos are extremely underwhelming for a "taco shop". A roast beef sandwich from Arby's has more flavor. If you want tacos I would suggest going to Rtaco, or Torchy's instead. Quality has gone downhill for sure. The hardshell tacos remind me of the pre-packaged ones you buy at the grocery store.

I give 2 stars for the customer service. This location used to be one of the best Fuzzy’s in the metro area and they have lost their touch in the last couple years. I keep giving them a try and then regret it. Thanks for the lettuce tacos today. I ordered double feta and paid for it and didn’t even get what I would consider “regular” feta. Bathroom was dirty with toilet paper all over the floor, broken t.p. dispenser and paper towels were stuck. Giving up.

I got hired at this location. Two weeks later they still failed to get me into the system so I could appropriately clock in/out. First pay check comes around and I'm missing over half of my hours. So I get the oh tomorrow. Oh tomorrow. Finally get the rest of my check. I quit after that. I'm not working for a company that fails so hard at getting their employees in the system and paid appropriately. I have also not received my final pay check. Don't recommend working here. Management is incompetent. Oh yeah and the pay rate on the application was a lie. As was the availability for full times hours. There are great employees that work there and the food can be great. Just serious issues in employee welfare.

Came here to enjoy the sunny CO day. Ordered a margarita on the rocks…. They made a frozen marg. Was nice and just let her know it was supposed to be on the rocks… she gave me a dirty look and the look at the co worked and rolled her eyes… didn’t come here for attitude. Horrible customer service

Fuzzy food is amazing! The queso is delicious! The breakfast burritos with their butt burning sauce is amazing. I love that you can customize your burrito and I always order two at a time because I know I will want one the next day. The carnitas burrito is my go to for dinner. Everything is delicious! Enjoy!

First time at Fuzzy's at this location - super short wait for drinks and some starters. When food came out, we saw a burrito we didn't intend on ordering, and manager Marva decided to do us a kindness and marked it off our receipt. Margaritas are tasty, large and generously poured. Thanks for our cool first experience!

Ordered chips & queso, and two tacos. Chips were delicious, queso was pretty good, but cold... tacos were tasty, but average. Customer service wasn't great. There was a cashier/table clearer girl with fake eyelashes longer than her nose who absolutely didn't give an eff. She gave me a buzzer and made me wait for a side of chips - something that could have been done in 2 seconds and completed without waiting ten minutes using a buzzer, in addition to waiting for our food with another buzzer. I'd give this place one more shot because I feel like it has potential, but I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to eat here

Had to go up to check on order. It was sitting there for at least 10 min. My father ordered after me and finished his burrito before i went to check on my food.
