Illegal Burger Arvada

My husband loves the gluten free bun and turkey burger. I love the pretzel bun and beef. I’ve been obsessed with the truffle fries and green chili fries. We typically get the ‘Going Legit’ and build our own burgers. We love the taste and quality.

Dietary restrictions: My husband easily orders gluten free, dairy free, vegan food and loves it.

Front of house needs an attitude adjustment. They messed up our pick up order (which was pretty expensive) and then hung up on my wife when trying to either get the correct order or issue a refund. Food is decent… I wish we got what we ordered. My son really wishes he had that hot dog but why would they care??

So this was my first door dash experience and it was not a good one. I ordered a Swiss and mushroom burger and an Oreo shake. The order got her quickly. But .. the milkshake was like just sweet milk with Oreo in it. There was no shake to it. It was so disgusting I threw it away.There was no way to customize my burger. I did it want onions but there was not a place to ask for that.So I got this $29 burger that wasn’t even the way I wanted it. Will not do this again

I placed an order online, they took my order and charged my card but when I arrived to pick it up, they indicated that there system was down and could not fill my order. I have tried several times to call them to recevie a credit but they do not answer the phone. will have to dispute the charge with my credit card

Poorly managed. Showed up at 11:15 with one other person there. They told me "they just got a big order" and it will take 20 minutes to get my food. Didn't have time to wait that long. I have an idea, push the big order down the line a bit and serve a single customer rather than losing their business. Won't be back.

Clean, comfortable, tasty fresh food, and many delicious hand crafted drinks to try. Can't remember a hamburger joint that was this hospitable. Totally worth it, can't wait to come back!

Went with a friend for the first time. Lunch time but quickly placed order. Neat designed space. A couple TVs over the bar. Lots of steel. Not sure why they had the air conditioning on so much. A bit cool. You order at the counter then they bring the order to you. The burgers or other sandwich options are sold separately from the sides. Lots of choices in bun options and sides. We got two different burgers and shared the “3 accomplices” to try three of the fry options. I got the illegal cream cheese. At first look I thought the burger looked small but then I saw that the patty was thicker then I expected. It had a nice amount of char on the sides so expect the burgers to be medium only. The jalapeños surprised me by being a lot spicier then most restaurants do but not unbearable. They were perfect for me tastes. The three fries were well seasoned and the different dips were very tasty as well. Liked that this is a Colorado chain. Maybe they will expand to the north metro area. We will be back.

First time trying recently actually for my birthday, everything I ordered was yummy, will definitely go back!!
