This is the SECOND time I place an order at this location and my bowl is only half full. I’m very disappointed with the food quality and the serving size. I will no longer be purchasing from this location.

On Wednesday, March 6, I went to pick up an online order, a bowl of 2 burritos, when I opened the bag at my house I was surprised that the burritos looked like Taco Bell... and I paid the price of 47 doll. That's why it's a robbery, super small they didn't have the correct portions and one of the bags of chips only had 15 chips. That Chipotle location in Tower is getting worse and worse, they never put your correct portion and you tell them and they get angry. Restaurateurs in charge must pay more attention since apart from that it is becoming more and more filthy on top of the ceiling and there is lint that falls to the food line..

This has to be one of the dirtiest, unorganized, inefficient, and inconsistent Chipotle’s that I have been to. It sucks that it’s the only one in the area. I’m not sure who is managing this one but I’d hate to see what their home looks like.

This place is always severely understaffed. I constantly walk in and the line starts at the door. Clearly they don’t pay the young people here enough to make this an enticing job. Might as well go work at McDonald’s where the food is half the price and they pay their employees
