Fantastic service and quality of food. A tad pricey but you get what you pay for. Fresh ingredients and high quality food. Everytime I come here everything is spotless and clean. Since food is made fresh, it does take some extra time to get served.

The wait was pretty long, once we got to the window we asked if we could get some sauce and she closed the window on us. We ordered two drinks and got completely different ones. We mentioned this and asked for her to correct this and she then started to argue back at us. Once getting the right drinks and our order, our large fries were half full, the burgers had been smashed in. Overall terrible quality and terrible service.

They were super busy and I was on my break. I was worried my food wasn’t going to get out in time but I talked to the manager with the glasses and she helped get my food right out! The bacon burger was also delicious

I have been to this location and I only come here cause it’s more of a convenient but from now on I won’t even stop cause it’s definitely the slowest of all Freddy’s nationwide! Drive Thur is the slowest and inside the restaurant they need more people who don’t walk like zombies! The frozen custard is the only thing that really tastes good! They should stick to custard cause the Steakburgers are not Steak! They are dried out hamburger meat that is pressed and pressed even more to take ALL of the juiciness out of the burger themselves but they would like to call them Steakburger (No Steak Whatsoever) In the end don’t eat here unless you like to wait and have lots of time to waste! Poor customer service and or management all around who don’t listen to customers concerns! Rather just be ignored when you say something or argue No thanks Hope this place goes under!

This location used to be decent but has sadly gone downhill quite a bit... The customer service is mediocre at best, the dining area and kitchen are disgusting and I'm afraid that same disgusting part has made it into the quality of food. The last two times I have been here my burgers tasted like old grease or stale dishrag. Kind of as if no one has been properly cleaning the grill top, Because the last two visits have put a bad taste of my mouth both physically and metaphorically I will no longer be a customer...?

The floor behind the counter was filthy. Fries, containers, wrappers, and what spreader to be water were all over. The mobile toppings cart had melted custard all over it and there were flies buzzing around everywhere. I am a Door Dash driver and they did not start preparing the order I was picking up until after I got there. There was a line forming up and employees didn’t even start helping them out for over 5 minutes after they showed up.
We ordered dine in and waited for our food for more than 25 minutes when finally decided to go ask them about it. Once we got at the counter we saw a to go bag with our order number so we took it went back to the table then when open it food was cold and not what I ordered. My husband’s cheese fries also had a huge hair in it which was gross . But yes they haven’t called us to pick up the food when was ready and it was kinda bad customers service.

Used to be really good. New staff is horrible. My last 4 visits items were either made wrong or were missing. 100% worth the trip down to the Parker location.

They got my order completely wrong. I ordered 4 milk shakes. My kids asked for whipped cream and cherry on top and two different sizes. Didn't get 4 shakes, not even cherries. All 4 sizes were wrong. At the end had to ask for my 4th shake.
