I called in because I was delivered a frozen brownie. I was calling in to see how to heat it up since there are no instructions since it should be cooked already. Employee answered the phone telling me they are just a un educated hourly employee and they dont know what I want them to do. I never raised my voice or spoke to them in any manner that warranted that from them. Im still sitting here wondering how to heat up this brownie. I would suggest getting someone that can have even the smallest amount of respect well being on the phone. Very disappointed in your customer service.

Me and my wife went to eat at this location. We have been to quite a few different locations and this place is the best of all in Colorado. It's very clean and doesn't stink like the other places. A friend told us that in another of these KFCs the workers attacked him when they evaded the order. Nothing was missing at this location and they treated us very well. It was also seen that the workers serving the customers were very happy and we felt welcome in this place. The chicken was perfect and we ate very comfortably. What we liked the most was how they treated the adults. We went one night when there were many adults and the girls serving were very good and patient with them. I'm glad to see such good service. Thank you for a very good experience.

I have gone to several KFC’s over the years and I just have to say this location is the number 1 best location I have ever been to. The restaurant was very clean and did not have the weird smell the others I have been to have. The girls there were cleaning so well and did not miss a spot. I had an odd encounter with another person and the store manager was fast to resolve the issue and address the situation a lot quicker than I ever would have imagined. It shows he truly cares about his guests which is a huge breath of fresh air. Another location in Colorado Springs I went to recently was so awful and smelled so bad that we decided to leave before even ordering. This will be the one I go to for as long as I am in Colorado. Great job! Keep up the good work!

Don't buy the 20 dollar fill-up box fries hard chicken, not fresh, and biscuits are terrible overall the 20dollar fill should be remove from menu they give you old food in those boxes I order 3 to see and all old

We just went through the drive through. I ordered 2 kids meals with fries, 2 bowls and an additional side of fries. Well before I left I looked through my bags and realized I was missing my side of fries. I let the lady know I was and she replied I'll have to charge you for that since you didn't pay for them. I replied I definitely ordered them and definitely paid for them as they are clearly on my receipt. I left without the fries I paid for and very upset

Ironic Optimism

We can tell when the stuff you serve us has been sitting under heating lights for hours!! When we spend over 30 bucks, we would like our food to taste good. Not rubbery skin, almost burnt looking and my chicken sandwich, the pickles were so hot, I almost had to take them off! That comes from sitting under a heating lamp for a prolonged period of time. Surely, you are supposed to discard after a certain time period? Even Taco Bell does that!!

Even tho I order at 10:08am and it didn’t come out until 11:27 and still wasn’t fresh!! So manager guy or whatever called me so I can go get a new fresh one and it still wasn’t fresh 20$ fill up twice Nuggets wasn’t fresh fries cold and I waited for that lol. Don’t go here unless you desperate. They don’t care will sit on their phone in the drive thru on IG. Bro talking about you want a free cake and give me the small one smh they just trying to get bills paid
