Been here several times over the last few years while visiting Denver. Food is great as ever and they are making great strides in refurbishing the booths and interior. Awesome place!

Food was decent but the service was horrible, especially one of the waitress. We arrived around 8:15 with an hour to spare for the kitchen to close. Had to request atleast 4 times for forks and plates. The waitress kept ignoring our orders, and only bringing half of what was requested. Around 9:15, we asked a couple more meats and extra rice and again only got half of what was requested. When asked, the reply was that the “kitchen is closed” even though we placed the order before final call. Meats were just tossed on to the grill claiming “she would have to replace it if not”. Dirty plates were never removed even though we piled them up nicely for them to take. At the end I was very disappointed in the service and was planning on tipping about 12%. The waitress practically forced me to pick one of the options on the screen and did not let me hit “custom tip” and I ended up paying 18% for a service that was horrible. Oh and bonus points for using my card to charge someone else’s table. I had to pay twice cause my “card didn’t work” and when I checked my bank statement I realized I got charged twice. I had to work with the front desk to get this sorted which was smooth so credit where credits due I guess. Never going to this place again. Horrible experience overall and would not recommend.

Edit: these copy paste responses are ridiculous. I’m browsing through some of the old reviews and it’s VERY clear that this feedback is all going to trash. No way in hell I’m going back ever and would recommend everybody else to do the same.

Only had take out. I think they have my favorite kimchi pickles ! The Mr Kim combo we had with beef and pork bulgogi was amazing ! The kimchi soup was also phenomenal. Will have to try in person sometime.

This place is a highly recommend for me everytime ive been here the food is so good and the service is incredible everytime I got the sane server Jung Suk Min and she's one of the best servers ive ever met. She's so polite constantly checks if im doing OK but not where its to much and over bearing I feel like she times it perfectly. She's great at her job and you can tellshes a very kind and good person. Even other workers always come as well to insure the guest are doing OK deffinetly the best service ive had in a long time such a friendly environment very welcoming and you get a sence of comfortability. And again the food is so good.

It was such a horrible experience. I went to the place with my coworkers for lunch and the old korean lady (around 50s) who looked like an owner did not care of customer service at all. It took way too long to get food we ordered and she even screamed at hall during service because she was agitated for something. She also enforces us what to do with menu and she left the cart with meat plate right next to our table. Its AYCE bbq but we were only able to get two rounds since she being lazy and ignores us intentionally by outlook. I really wish these types of restaurants go well locally, but she was really sentimental, arrogant, selfish, and rude to people. She did the same to other customers next to our table. I would never recommend this place to my friends/coworkers at all. If she was just one of employee, then the owner should re-train her especially her attitude towards customers.

We been coming here for almost 2 years now. I would say this is the go to spot for Kbbq in denver BUT, after today on Mother’s day it’s either they’re short on the server but they took forever to serve us, waited more than 30 min. Incomplete orders just wasnt happy on the service overall today

I love their delicious food at a fair price and quality, but my friend paid $80 in cash for her $68 order, the server only returned a dollar and some quarters as change. They automatically take a tip with cash payments, this isn't the first time it has happened. Next time we'll ask for the full change back.

Good Korean BBQ, the only thing missing would be charcoal grills, but their gas grills get plenty hot. Meat quality was good, banchan plentiful and tasty, and bonus points for having hot tea and shikke (dessert rice drink). Service was excellent and they had the most affordable lunch and ayce prices. Definitely will be returning frequently.

This was a perfect meal tonight. $38/pp for all you can eat apps and meats, and they give you like 8 different Korean side dishes. The marinated kalbi and beef bulgogi were SO flavorful. We've only gone to another place down the way from here on Havana for KBBQ (IYKYK) and this is a wayyyy better price point and flavor. Service was also perfect, always there when we needed something but besides that unbothered! Can't wait to come back.

We drove almost 2 hours to try this place last night 04/21/2025. As soon as we were sat down our server (older lady with glasses)toss our sides on the table a bit aggressively then slammed the water container right in front of my friend, we brushed it off. Shortly after I told her we will put the meat on the pan as we didn’t like some meats touching, she still proceeded to empty out the meat plate on the pan. again, brushed it off. i then found something in my rice that wasn’t rice consistency or look at all, we called her over to let her know and she was rude and dismissive telling us it’s just the bottom of the rice - the thing is growing up in an asian house hold even the bottom of our rice isn’t snot consistency or look. the only time it’d get like that is when it starts molding and the moisture makes the bottom of the rice pot watery. i held the rice part i was trying to tell her and she snatches it out of my hand and throws it and tell me to eat the other rice bowl then. this was SO disrespectful to snatch something out the customers hand when it was the concern and then to be so dismissive trying to gaslight us into thinking we didn’t know anything. we then called a different server to call someone in management we can speak to since the original server didn’t do so. everyone from then on was really apologetic and was kind but the original server came back to our table during this and denied ever snatching anything out of my hands and denied being dismissive so PLEASE view the cameras as she was lying about what she was saying, i know there was a camera pointing right at our table. As far as the management offering a different rice bowl no other resolution was offered to us - we had to ask for a different server and no deduction on our bill for the thing in our plate or the way we were treated by their server. we did finish the meat we ordered as we didn’t want to get charge extra considering they offered no bill deduction to begin with. It’s pretty upsetting, but we’re thankful for the other server with black hair who ended up making sure we were taken of while we finished the meats we ordered. I wouldn’t recommend coming here until there is something done about their customer service. we still tipped the second server $20 as she was kind and was more apologetic than the original server.
