This place has consistently been great. There's a few flukes but the manager is a Rockstar and fixes it anytime there's an issue. 100% I would recommend this hut over others because it's overall great being handled by good

New flavor pizza with money beating prices.Recently ordered 3 topping pizza - Chicken, pineapple & banana peppers in $11.Only thing missing - they add very loss topping’s.Else taste & sauce was good.
Called them at 0405 to place an order for pickup at 545. Get there at 537. Order has not even been started yet. Their excuse was they only have one oven working. I guess almost a two hour window is not enough time. Won't ever go here again.

No wonder why this place has bad reviews, I made my order online after 25 minutes I went to pick it up, the worker were chatting having fun, I showed them my receipt and they told me they didn't check the orders and returned me the money after they ask me to wait 40 minutes more, what a waste of time I will never order here anymore is a better pizza hut at hampden but sadly I choose this horrible place..0 stars

Ordered a pan tossed pizza, was given hand tossed crust. Annoying because it’s a $2.50 up charge. Also was initially told my pizza order wasn’t there when it was on another part of their system. Pizza Hut pay your workers better so maybe the orders are made correctly. Happy people tend to do better work.

Delivery, Nov 5, 23. Delivery service was polite and quick. Delivered within 1- minutes of scheduled time. Large Luau, crispy with extra pineapple, must be a huge shortage of pineapple because several pieces had no pineapple and the other pieces had a smattering of pineapple pieces about the size of your pinky fingernail. Large original pan pizza with supposedly NO peppers and extra pepperoni (Not) plus lots of green peppers. So $70.00 down the drain. Need to find either another Pizza hut (maybe, because prices are too high) or a Domino's.
There is no dine in option at this location. I ordered a pizza for pick up at a later time and it was fresh and hot and ready for pick up at the selected time. Friendly service.

I've had my fair share of letdowns in the pizza quality from this Pizza Hut. Overall, it's your typical Pizza Hut, but the consistency can be a bit hit-or-miss. I bought a Pepperoni Lovers that had less pepperoni than a standard pepperoni pizza. I was very disappointed.
