My wife put in an online order, I picked it up. Note to self, check it before getting home!! Both sandwiches were wrong!! Deluxe blt only had 4 pieces of bacon, and was cold, not even warmed!! The monster had no bacon, also cold and with veggies that wernt supposed to be on it!! I called after finding the mistakes, and asked to speak with a mgr. I spoke with Erick who identified himself as the assistant mgr. He said to come back tomorrow after 3pm and the store mgr would either refund or remake the sandwiches. I showed up shorty after 3pm and when I arrived it was explained to me that nothing could be done to resolve this issue, that if I wanted a resolution I should have come back that night. I was also informed that Erick isn't the assistant mgr. Not only was my food wrong but I was also lied to. Erick has no business in customer service!! He didn't do his job in any way. He didn't see to it the sandwiches were correct, and when they weren't, he didn't follow their policies in correcting the mistake!! If you don't go into this location and watch them make your food, check it before leaving!! Apparently their district mgr put a policy in place regarding refunds/remakes. All refunds/remakes have to be done same day or you as a customer don't matter, your out of luck!! CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!

I have never seen so little effort put into making a sandwich. Ko asked me what meet to put on my sandwich after I said spicy Italian, did not put his gloves on properly, and put pepperoni on only half the sandwich as well as avocado. Ko should not be employed if he can only put in so little effort to making a SANDWICH. I cannot express how I pleased I am with my recent visit to this store. When I have gone before I have been served by a women and she has done great every time. However, Ko should not be employed with the amount of effort he is putting in.

Me and my mom ordered two sandwiches after a hard day of being sick and working. I ordered a cheese steak with a few toppings and garlic aioli and Sriracha, my mom ordered a club with jalapenos mayo and vinegar. We both ordered them toasted. When they came my sandwich wasn't cut, they weren't toasted, and somehow they completely swapped our toppings and sauces but not the bread meat and cheese. No clue how they massacred these so badly.

Only had one guy working. I felt terrible for him. Submitted an online order at noon. Been sitting in the restaurant for a half an hour and nothing yet. Appreciate the work of the one guy but it's incredibly shit service.

Some guy with a shaved head was smoking right under the no smoking sign like cmon dude and he had a horrible attitude about making my food last night my daughter just got home from practice and we wanted to have a nice dinner but clearly it was such an inconvenience for him.. some other kid was there mopping and when he went to get the guy he had horrible attitude absolutely no customer service

Unfortunately, someone is trying to degrade this Subway, take it from me who frequents this restaurant, it is always clean, employees are super friendly and Linda and the Asst Manager are wonderful. Please don't let the negativity of a disgruntled ex employee keep you from coming to this Subway, please find out for yourselves what a great restaurant it is.Parking: I can always find parking nearbyKid-friendliness: My kids live coming here

As a previous employee of this location would not recommend.. managing is awful and they are withholding people's money they failed health inspections pretend to clean things so customers won't see the manager Linda Gomez had half of the employees falsify a temperature document so she didn't have to keep track of it she won't get rid of molding/ rotting food because she doesn't want to waste it.. several occasions where the lettuce is brown and cucumbers had brown slime on them the spinach has dark spots along with the turkey being rotted with dark molding spots the bread has mold on it and the store is never cleaned or held in tact unless employees clean it and if it's not spotless she threatens to fire them.. the manger is lazy and won't get up to do a single thing after 15 years of experience as a grown woman can't run a store to save her life.. she's running people into the ground dont come here

The service is horrible there was hair in my sandwich she didn’t even get my order right and when I asked for a refund she said just deal with it and told me to leave like okay lizzo if she had vitiligo☠️☠️ like just bc ur fat doesn’t mean you can deny my refund☠️
