this taco bell is a disgrace to fast food. a singular chicken taco and baja blast should not take 47 minutes to craft. i am infuriated with the unsatisfactory, poor customer service at this establishment. the gloomy hostile environment makes for an incredibly disheartening dining experience. the insufficient quality of my chicken taco was outstanding. i can proudly promise to never spend my precious hard earned money to eat at a rashly insufferable joke of a cooperation.

Almost no meat in this "beefy" burrito. Out of three burritos it's like an ounce of beef. Taking a look at the website says 19g of protein for one of these, but there is zero chance on this earth of that. I feel like I'm just eating tortilla and rice here.edit: It's actually worse than that. I opened one up to really inspect and there is only a little beef on each side with nothing in the middle. These people are liars and thieves.

The WORST Taco Bell... They're slow through the drive thru, lobby. The employees lie and I always get the orders wrong... One day the restrooms are public the next, depending on who's working, "Oh I got a call from my GM stating no public restrooms" lol. They blame EVERYTHING on their General Manager. They just hire anybody these days... all the employees look like drug addicts... the whole area is filled with drug addicts... I'm surprised this Taco Bell hasn't gotten shut down...

So I was just in the Drive-Thru and they told me their systems down and they can't take any orders whatsoever and yet there's people inside ordering on their kiosks so I know they just lied to me so they must not want business but they must not want money

Young woman that greeted me was very rude and would not give me the code not just allow me in to use the restroom! I told her I am just getting off work and really need to use restroom and showed her my money and she proceeded to say you may not use or restroom until you order something over and over! I bought a burrito and told her she was rude and inconsiderate, considering I was riding a bicycle and would not buy again from them because have never been a restroom when any place saw I was going to make a purchase!!!

Slow as molasses. No one was in line and it took 10 minutes to get two burrito supremes out the front door. There were three people in the drive-thru. they had three people in the back making food but only one was making it and two were just standing around talking. The place is dirty, dirty, dirty!
