Ok, so hear me out. Do you know how some locations of certain businesses are just all around better? Like, the staffing and management and quality issues of nearby locations are somehow missed? Well, this Taco Bell is exactly that. It's just better than the rest. The staff is better, the quality of the food is better, and I'm fairly certain that all really boils down to the management.I saw the review right before mine with the person aggressively complaining about getting crunchy tacos instead of soft and using excessive caps as if they're reprimanding somebody in a Google review. With that being said, if you do like TACO BELL and aren't just looking to complain about something, this is a very good location.The staff is great, the restaurant is kept clean. The only fumble I've ever noticed from this place is occasionally they forget to give me hotsauce when I order from a delivery app. But considering I eat from TB somewhat regularly, I usually have a few extra sauce packets on hand. So, this is really a non-issue, unless I was just looking for something to complain about.

Got our food to go. Got home and opened my chalupa took a bite and the tomatoes were rancid. Tried my 2nd chalupa it was the same. Absolutely terrible. Also got a burrito supreme and it was the same and on my husband's nacho Doritos tacos as well. I can't believe that there's no quality control checks in place. Is there no training ?? How do you not know how long ago the vegetables were cut and how long they've been stored ?? Be responsible and do better. You're serving the damn public.

Super nice friendly employees! That’s why I prefer this location. They are really nice. Food is good, it’s Taco Bell so it’s consistent everywhere. The location is a bit rough, lots of homeless begging on the street. But the friendly staff keep me coming back here.Vegetarian options: You can always ask to substitute black beans or refried beans at Taco Bell, which can make a meat item a veggie item.Parking: Lots of parking.
Had a craving for soft tacos and everything was fresh and well put together. The gentleman at the drive-thru was very nice.

Horrible customer service. Been to this location 8-10 times in the last year. All in the morning. Carry out orders. There’s a heavy set woman that when you walk in is running drive thru, but she takes carry out orders as well.She never ever greets you. Whatever. So every time I place my order on the self serve kiosk, I have to pay at the counter. Not an issue. The problem is that anti social lady that is running drive thru and the front register literally ignores you for 5-10 minutes.When she finally finds it in her heart to do her job and take my payment she literally NEVER SAYS ANYTHING besides “$5.89” or whatever the amount is. Never “good morning” or “hi” or “sorry to keep you waiting”. Nothing. Just rude. It’s obvious she hates her job. Maybe her life too. Honestly though, I’d fire her today if I was that store’s GM.Her negative energy is depressing. Zero customer service skills. She should go work on a oil rig or a crab fishing boat. Heck, get a job driving a tow truck towing illegally parked cars. Something. Just anything where she doesn’t have to deal with customers.
