Update :Over the last 6 months, something changed at this location. I probably avoided it for close to a year because it was so awful, but the drive thru is now quick at all times of day and my food correct. I don't know what they fixed, but I stop here now regularly and don't leave mad as hell anymore. Good job to management for fixing whatever was broken here.Old review: One star prolly too much. Be prepared for minimum wait times of twenty minutes in this drive thru..You can't leave the line once you're in, so bring a book.

This was my very first time at a Taco Bell and it was very disappointing. I had dropped in with my cousin to grab a quick bite. However, the employee, Dan, I believe, did not even start on our order. We waited a solid 20 minutes in an EMPTY restaurant, before finally asking about the wait. We were running late, and so we switched to carryout. O ly then did we hear someone say, "Dan you forgot their order!" followed by, "I'll make it!". Then it took another 5 minutes to get our food. It should have 5 minutes from the start. In short, we were very late and I almost lost my phone. Costumer Service should be better, Dan needs to be fired, everyone else was sweet.
