The service was impeccable. The food was also very delicious. The wine recommended by the sommelier was perfect for what we were looking for.

After much anticipation surrounding Michelin’s arrival in Colorado, my husband and I were cautiously optimistic. Many of the restaurants we’ve tried since the awards began here have been underwhelming, but Frasca Food & Wine exceeded every expectation and then some.
We dined last night and chose the Quattro Piatti Menu, which was flawless from start to finish. Every dish was an elegant expression of technique and flavor, with each ingredient perfectly prepared and thoughtfully paired. The Capesante, or Scallops, were a standout, their delicate sweetness and buttery texture elevated by nuanced accompaniments. The Tagliolini di Selvaggina, topped with the optional white truffle, was nothing short of sublime—silky, aromatic, and indulgent. The Quaglia, perfectly cooked quail, showcased impeccable skill and balance, while the dessert, Fichi, with its marriage of huckleberry and fig, was both vibrant, coconutty and comforting. The Mais, with its unexpected matcha and corn combination, came close behind as a creative and delightful surprise.
The atmosphere was equally remarkable, striking the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. Sergei, the general manager, graciously greeted us and set a welcoming tone, while Edison and Jesse, our servers, delivered impeccable service with genuine care and professionalism. Every element of the evening—from the timing of the courses to the thoughtful hospitality—was seamless.
As avid travelers who have visited over 30 Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, we can confidently say that Frasca Food & Wine has earned its place among them. After five years of searching, we’ve finally found our favorite restaurant in Colorado. Frasca is a shining example of culinary excellence and hospitality, and it fully deserves the recognition it has received.

Amazing dinner! Every detail was perfect and the food was incredible. Best mocktails that actually taste like a cocktail and not a juice. Dessert was more interesting than yummy but still a 5/5 will be back! Thanks for a great night!

Outstanding dishes which are truly innovative and authentic. Beautiful atmosphere suitable for special occasions.
Service was good and people are very friendly and attentive, but out of four dishes, two dishes were served to wrong person (it was two of us). Everything was fantastic except for the tea after meal. If you are English tea drinkers, I wouldn’t recommend their Earl Grey. Maybe it’s just me, but it wasn’t a black tea at all.

Wonderful meal and even better than I remembered it to be. Service was finely polished. The dining room was comfortable with perfect lighting. The food was delicious. Wines delicious. Cocktails delicious. More like a Michelin 2 instead of the current 1 star. So good.

There are a select few top tier restaurants in the Denver/Boulder area. Frasca easily earns its place in that exclusive list.
Food: Imaginative and novel, each dish had a story to tell while delighting the taste buds and the eyes to boot. Favorites were the penne with red beet and smoked eel, as well as gnocchi with smoked ricotta and prosciutto.
Service: On point with zero complaints. In fact, they were all authentically happy to have us as guests.
Atmosphere: Classy, chill, and not trying to distract from the food. Love the wallpaper and vintage deli slicer!
Drink: Wine list was extensive with an expansive and impressive nebbiolo selection. The sommelier-paired wines were well matched as one should expect, however the star of the show was the Saturday Night Fever. A cocktail made with authentic '70s vintage liquors, something I sadly will never be able to recreate but will remember forever. (The glass was filled to the top prior to the photo.) On a side note, their side car is a true traditional side car, strongly recommend.

The moment you are greeted by the hostess you feel welcomed. The staff are knowledgeable and you can tell they are working hard for you to have an exceptional experience. My two guest were first timers and I have dragged to restaurants around the nation. At the end of the meal, they informed me that they have had great food and experiences at other places, but here the food, atmosphere, staff and the overall experience was amazing and Frasca is now their #1 restaurant .

We have been to a several Michelin star restaurants around the world, and Frasca was by far the most disappointing. The cost was higher than most others and the atmosphere is very cramped, open, and loud. What was by far the most disappointing was their adjustments for gluten allergies. After the website specifically mentions being able to accommodate allergies well, we took my mother in law who has celiac for a special dinner. We opted for the 4 course menu where you choose since they wouldn’t not be able to accommodate the tasting menu to her. Then, for her choices they were unable to make a single adjustment and just told her to pick the ones without gluten. One of the categories she only had one choice in due to the presence of gluten in the other options. This lack of adjustment was just so far off from any other fine dining restaurant. Normally chefs will put their skills and creativity to use to make adjustments, but not Frasca.
