Woahhhh the reviews complaining about the service weren’t kidding. Absolutely miserable. They also brought me pork dumplings instead of beef like I’d asked cause they just couldn’t be bothered to listen to my simple order of two items. There’s like… bad service but amazing authentic food restaurant experiences and that’s fine, but this was rude and bad service for mediocre Boulder food. Hard pass.

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. I was shocked and disappointed by the level of service I received, I believe that the success of any restaurant hinges on the professionalism and courtesy of its staff.We had complaints from many people and even our friends about this restaurant's attitude and horrible way of being served by the bespectacled male waiter, as others have said we were treated the same!!!! he was a rush out people and wanna customer get out restaurant . As an employee who doesn't care about the restaurant and even wants to customer get out this is really shameful for this restaurant owner . I don't know where they hiring employees like this . As a boss, I should be really ashamed. However!! , after so many negative reviews, This waiter still works in this store. Maybe because he is a relative of the boss , or Does the management never read customer reviews? We didn't even finish our meal and he didn't even know if we wanted to order yet so he keep rushed us out. Terrible service.Unfortunately, in this case, the waiter's behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. It's disappointing to write a negative review, as I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, but the treatment we received was truly unacceptable.Never come back, worst service ever

It tasted bad and very different from usual. Hardly any vegetables, despite paying for extra veggies today. Unhappy. Will not be going back here for a while. This is my first time bad review for this bad restaurant Usually when we encounter a bad restaurant, we eat quickly and leave and service will be okay, but !! For this restaurant and server man is simply the worst in the United States. So I really can't stand it every time I think about it, so I caution everyone, just like those other Google customers received bad service, if you want to be hit or threatened even If you are stared at with angry eyes, then you come to this restaurant. We don't know what we did wrong to eat here to be treated like this.The male waiter came to us menacingly, as he wanted to hit us, and said a lot of words and strange words we didn't understand and even a lot of useless words. We feel very weird and bad, We just wanted to eat quietly, that's all. He angrily threw the bill to us. He give us bills when we even not finished eating, Is this how a restaurant treats for customers? Before that, We have heard a lot of people complaining about the service at this restaurant, especially the bespectacled male waiter, but I don't know why this restaurant experienced so many bad Google reviews but the owner chose to turn a blind eye or don't even changed make restaurant better!!. So I confused Is that waiter the boss? If that's the case then this bad place , will never come back and I will tell my friends to boycott this bad restaurant,

My partner and i tried Rakkan for the first time tonight. What a shame.These other reviews stating how bad the service is, they were right.To go into detail about our visit, we were cravi g ramen and noticed Rakkan was open until 10pm. Being a service industry worker myself, we decided to be very quick. Upon arriving the store was completely empty and when we walked in, none of the staff greeted us. The girl we had as our server was particularly cold and we definitely felt like an inconvenience. We got sat around 9:15pm, ordered by 9:16, and received our food by 9:23. The speed to which they got us the food was impressive and got the extra star. The food itself was relatively bland and unsatisfactory as it didnt really fill us up.Another gentleman delivered the check to our table at 9:30, telling us they close in 10 minutes. We had barely gotten through much of our food and were already being ushered out. This was particularly apalling. 30 minutes before they stated they were closed, they essentially told us to get out.Throughout our entire meal we were getting exasperation and glares from the staff. What an unpleasant way to eat a meal.I get better service at a McDonalds.Every time they came to our table, we were met with agitation, annoyance and none-limited communication. As we left at 9:35, we said our thanks, and in return got radio silence. What a shame, we wont be back and recommend you dont even consider this place.
