I probably had the best Mexican food I have ever had in Colorado at this restaurant. We ordered take out and I was very impressed with how amazing it all was as well as how much food it was. I will definitely go back and tell everyone I know about it!
Now named Red Agave, this place takes my vote for best Mexican food in Boulder. I grew up on the Mexican border and have savored good Mexican food for many year. There are a lot of Tex-Mex restaurants around and the fare from most of them is mostly uninspired. Red Agave rises above this in preparing very well seasoned, very nicely presented food that includes not only many of the standard dishes, but also some more interesting ones. Great food and service again from Red Agave. We ordered the enchiladas trio and they were so good. Our son got an order of tacos and really liked them. This food is just delicious and they probably have best enchiladas in Boulder.
