We had to ask 3 times for bread sticks, as the 2 tables around us got theirs. We also waited 20 mins for soda refills.

Mia Mia Mia Mia mamma Mia! Pick Mia as your server for a fantastic service and dinner experience. We felt like total Italians, even speaking the language of the menu. Yes this is a serious review and we loved having mia as our waitress! Ziti al Fornio!!!

I placed a mobile order for pick up which I’ve never had issues with but this time when I received my food it was half empty. It’s really upsetting when you have to drive 20 mins to pick up something you pay $30 for and receive it the way I did. It’s disrespectful and upsetting unfortunately by the time I realized I was already home which I was not gonna drive all the way back to complain.

I was really impressed tonight. I am gluten intolerant and although the options are few the staff was fantastic. Waitress informed management of my intolerance and the manager came to the table to let me know their safety procedures, that she herself would deliver my food. She wore gloves and made sure to hand me my food before anyone else at the table. So thank you so much for making sure my food was handled safely.

I had a wonderful experience for curbside pickup order at Olive Garden thanks to Adriana. She was very attentive, made sure my order was ready right on time, and double checked that everything was in the bag. Adriana had such a positive and sweet attitude, and her customer service was excellent from the start to finish. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and delight in her work. People like that make a big difference thanks Adriana, for making my day a little brighter! THE END
