Chop Shop Casual Urban Eatery (Broomfield)

We recently opened a new retail store nearby, and this is the restaurant I’ve been to the most in the last month! Great service, solid menu options, and an excellent variety of drinks. Thought it was a little pricey the first time, but the food is good and the portions are fair. Plus, the staff seem incredibly happy, and have always been accommodating. 11/10, no notes

Wonderful experience, Delicious food, and most important Nice People. I had a chicken bacon sandwich, which was tasty, and I got kids meal chicken fingers that he loved.

I also recommend the doughnut holes!

Highly recommend the Chop Shop for a nice meal at a reasonable price in a noice atmosphere... think casual atmosphere with an advanced menu. Plus, the soda fountain is from a CO based provider!

Greeted with a warn welcome during a lull in the mid afternoon. Took some time to order and asked questions. Really was surprised at the quality and quantity of food. Price was right. Especially considering I missed the turn for Wendy's and decided to give this place a try. Looking forward to going there again in the future with family when I'm in town.

Pretty tasty but a little over priced. Went for a 1 hour lunch meeting. Only 21 person in line ahead of us but it took about 7 minutes just tonppace our order. Didnt recieve our food until about 25 minutes after placing our order. So jot great for a quick mid-week lunch

I decided to try this place for lunch. It used to be a little BBQ place, and I was surprised at the transformation of the space. It's bright and clean and not what I was expecting.

I ordered the sirloin French dip, and it was excellent. The meat was still juicy, lots of cheese and a large portion. The bread was toasted nicely, and unlike most French dips, there wasn't an over abundance of bread.

The fries were fresh cut, not a lot of flavor and could have been cooked for a few seconds longer.

They accidentally gave me some tater tots as well, quick I'm glad they did, since they are a star. Cooked perfectly, house made with some parsley and Parmesan.

I'll definitely be back, even though it was a little on the pricy side at $22 for lunch, but it's worth it.

The Asian salad, added crispy tofu, was beautifully presented, fresh ingredients and delicious! They have the best herbal iced tea! It took a while to get served bc it seemed like the guy was running ragged doing everything, but apologized and was very friendly. The food came out super quick after we ordered.
