Don't order through the drive through if you have a nut allergy. I purchased a concrete today at this location and did not expect walnuts in my ice cream, but I got them with almost none of the toppings I actually paid for. I like Freddy's, but this location is pretty inconsistent with the quality, liable to cross contaminate allergens, and nearly every time I've ordered food here I've needed to correct a simple order because I receive either the wrong food or wrong size. I don't know if it's because the location is short staffed or just not well trained, but it's somewhat disappointing since it's not like it's all that cheap.

We picked up dinner at Freddy's. The service was great and everything tasted good. Haley took our order and she was friendly and helpful. I ordered a chili dog with jalapenos and it was just the right amount of spicey. We also ordered a single steak burger, large fries, and onion rings. Everything was prepared correctly and we had no problems.

The reason for my review today is the fact that half my onion rings were over cooked and stuck together. Why would you give this out? I expect to be disappointed anytime I go to this location. No matter how hard I try to make it as easy as possible for the workers here to understand my order, I never receive it correctly. The food is most of the time good but I have low expectations for it being correct.

I love Freddy's. I go to the one off South Kipling in Littleton often and have never had an issue. We were in Boulder and stopped at this Freddy's for late dinner before heading to the hotel. We went inside because I wanted to order in person. I ordered a Freddy's double with cheese and asked for it in a lettuce wrap because I had recently had surgery to remove cancer in my throat and tongue and can't eat bread. I also asked for Freddy's sauce instead of mustard. Well, needless to say, when we arrived at the hotel and I started to eat, my mouth was on fire. I opened up the lettuce and looked, and the entire burger was saturated in Freddy's spicy fry sauce. I'm not sure if this was a vindictive move because we showed up 10 minutes before closing or something else. All I know was that my burger was not edible, and I had to trash it and settle with granola bar from the lobby. I am extremely disappointed in this location.

What is this staff doing? We waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive through before even getting to the window. There was hardly any people inside and people ahead of us didn’t have that large of orders.They got our orders wrong too, and take look at the sheer quantity of onions on this burger.This is the second time we’ve gotten totally screwed up order. And the last time we’ll go here.If you’re the owner, please make some management changes for your own sake.

First time eating here and the food is soooo good! Got the #4 with an oreo milkshake and a side of BBQ sauce. Even more awesome was the aesthetic makeup looks the alt/goth employees they were so nice and friendly, and I hope yall have a great 2024 ✨️

Great food and staff are friendly. The cashier was very energetic, fun, and helpful. She went around to the tables, taking their trash and asking if we needed anything. As we left, she made an effort to thank us and said goodbye. Great customer service and very much appreciated.

This was our first time ever visiting a Freddy’s. We arrived at lunch time on a Saturday and Although it was empty when we arrived the employees were attentive, helpful and informative. They were patient with us looking at the menu and give recommendation for our first try. We got a number one meal combo which the burger was flavorful and a good size. We ended up ordering a dirty worm which was the highlight of my child’s lunch. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others. This location was clean and the employees were prompt with replenishing the condiments that were low when we advised them.

As a former manager of a Freddie's back in Oklahoma I have high expectations for any Freddie's I visit. As a new resident of CO I believe it is safe to say that this Freddie's has shattered my expectations. A super friendly staff, clean and well stocked store. The older man that I think was the manager running the fri and expo station was very kind and friendly. The young man that took my order was super nice and patient and even asked for my rewards. The food was delicious and hot. The shakes I got were yummy. I will definitely be returning to this store. Keep up the great work!
