First, their website for this location needs a HUGE disclaimer: "THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT". We'd never been to a Brothers BBQ before, so I don't know if all of them are like this, but they sell take out food ONLY. They can't give you plastic cutlery, napkins, or plates. I live 35 to 40 minutes from their location, so we had to go into the King Soopers to buy plates and silverware in order to eat our lunch. The second disappointment: We got there at 11:10 on a Sunday, and they were already sold out of burnt ends. Then, they need to tell you that the cost of the sandwich is only for the sandwich! You get dry meat. I have no idea why the describe it as "Kansas City Style" and "Carolina Style" when all you get is smoked meat. I can only guess that we had to pay for sauce if we wanted it? The meat was fine. The beans were good...but the sauce was runny instead of thick, so they flooded the plate. I didn't try the potato salad, but my family said it was fine. Here's the thing: if you include the price of paper plates and silverware, I paid almost $70 for dry sandwiches. We won't be back. Maybe, having lived in Kansas City for 20 years, I am expecting too much, but a little sauce and a napkin or two don't seem like unreasonable expectations.

Stopped by today to get a Carolina style pork sandwich and order of fries. Been going to Brothers are around Denver for about ten years and probably 75 times or more...I asked for three BBQ sauces with my order. Response - "I can give you two", to which I said can I have three please...answer - I have to charge you more. I said wow - never heard that including at least 15 trips to Brothers during COVID - Young man decided to argue with me - "No, that's how it is in all the stores...." I said, no, not really and then decided it was not worth my time or money if I was going to have to argue over getting an 3rd BBQ sauce - ABUSRD - and I usually use 4-5 when I dine in because I sue it on the fries too. I hope this was an anomaly but was still irritating as I am really trying to give places business during COVID and to be argue with and told I am wrong and confronted over a freakin' extra BBQ sauce??? Not hitting this location again.

The rather unkempt fellow working today refused me service because I was not wearing a mask, in the middle of a large grocery store and food court where no one else was as rude. I patiently explained to him, that I cannot wear one. He made no mind of this, as he kept crawling back into the kitchen, only to say he couldn't help me.Mind you, I had no plans of getting within 6 feet of this kid, but his demeanor was highly unnecessary.Fortunately, the other food options graciously assisted my kids and I.I'll likely never attempt to get food here again.

They are having an inventory management issue, some items listed on their menu are no longer available. You also can't call your order in so are forced to gather and wait with other patrons. Seems irresponsible during this time of Covid

Apparently king soopers condones this kind of behavior from their managers.. first responders and EMS please take your business somewhere you're valued!

They are well stocked and courteous.

The carts are filthy. I've seen rotted vegetables on display in the produce department more than once. Stockers are grumpy and take up aisles without courtesy to shoppers. I hate to complain about a grocery store and its shortfalls, but enough is enough. It's too bad cleanliness, especially during the flu/cold season is not a priority.

This is the worst King Soopers ever! They should have stuck with the old model of a grocery store. I would rather have a fully stocked grocery store than a place where you can buy shoes and shirts but all the shelves are void of grocery products. I’ve given this store chance after chance and I now drive to the one off Castle Pines north or have even driven to Arapaho Road to that store to avoid this one. I’ve tried speaking to the manager of the day and no one cares because they don’t stay for any length of time.

Super bomb BBQ on a quick grocery run? Yes please! I have eaten at Brothers BBQ in Denver on several occasions, and my favorite thing to get is The Brother Sandwich (stacked with pulled pork, hot links, coleslaw and jalapeños).

Basically half the store is closed. Can’t buy any cheese or meats. What a waste. I expected this out of Safeway but not this place. Guess it’s sprouts from now on.

Dear King Soopers, you have always been a quality grocery store. However, the switch to yellow bags is an assault on my eyesight. For years I have enjoyed the simple pleasure of a brown plastic bag, what am I suppose to do now? I suppose if you were worried about customers walking down dimly lit streets then a bag with visibility equal to a traffic cone would be beneficial, is this a move for public safety? Are you simply trying to encourage customers to switch from plasti
