I love this place and come here often to grab juices and smoothies for my family. The PB smoothies and green juices are great. Staff is kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone ever. Every time I'm on my way, I try to call to order ahead and never have they answered the phone. I don't know if the number on Maps is correct or not but it would be nice to order ahead without having to use the website or app. I have small kids and to be able to call while I drive to place an order is invaluable to me - especially because I modify one of the juices (order the greenie as a smoothie) and the site doesn't permit that modification.

The two employees working in the afternoon on 7/18 were so friendly and helpful. I had never been in and they helped me customize a juice to my specific preferences and it was DELICIOUS! The gal even apologized for it taking her a minute to fresh squeeze lemons since I subbed them into my juice. Great, clean, and friendly juice bar. Will definitely go back.

Quite a menu. Friendly staff. Can't speak to the products as I was just tagging along with someone. But nice place.

*UPDATED REVEWI decided to change my review because I felt like I wasn't being fair. Like I said I love Nekter. I give 4 star because I still feel like they could've been upfront about the issue but I do understand today's supply issues that we all are facing. I will still go to this location regularly.*OLD REVIEWI’m giving 2 stars because I love Nekter and their food is great BUT I’m very disappointed at the management of the Castle Rock location. They ran out of the regular bowls and started serving them in a significantly smaller bowl and didn’t say anything or made clients aware. I’m a regular client so I obviously noticed it right away and when I asked what was going on they all looked at each other like I was speaking a different language. Finally someone stepped up and was trying to tell me it’s “just a little bit less”. If that’s the case than I would like to pay a little bit less. I don’t know about you but I like to get what I pay for and not less. The biggest problem for me was that they were trying to pull one over the clients and that is extremely disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed when I went and and ordered. The two girls behind the counter were extremely unfriendly, and made it very clear that they did not want to be working today. What was most disturbing was the girl that was making the smoothie bowls dropped pineapple on the ground picked it up With her gloves and then went back to cutting my banana with her dirty gloves. When I asked her if she wouldn’t mind cutting up another banana with a different pair of gloves she gave me the dirtiest look and ignored my request. Needless to say I left my food and walked out unfortunately whoever ordered the same bowl after me probably received our order

Went in this morning for the Toxin Flush and a ginger shot topped with cayenne and lemon!after ordering I had a great conversation with the staff:)I am LOVING THE ATMOSPHERE! Such a vibrant style, modern, a sweet little spot to go after morning meditation, and such lovely staff! The manager was present and when he came in the staff was still joyful, present, and relaxed:) this tells me the environment they work in is pleasant! (I hate going into places and you see the staff tense up when a manager or boss walks by) overall my experience was great and I will be back ASAP!Go in grab a drink or snack they are really sweet!

Pretty decent drinks here. I don't know the young lady that served me but she was really nice. I think with everything going on she was pretty shocked how welcoming I was. As I am not from Colorado, I would come back this place and order more things. Thank you pretty awesome young lady for the complimentary smiles.

Nice variety of juices and smoothies, and they are all delicious. Friendly and fast service. Get the app they have a great rewards program.
