This place is great! Delicious. You can't beat the korean food here. The plates are massive, but the hot stone thing is the best. Today I had the pork belly and that's the best I say. Like it's really good!

Some of the best kimbap I've been able to find in colorado. Quick and easy to order while still having amazing taste.

Tasty food and generous portions but prices in the range you'd expect from a sit down restaurant rather than fast casual. Been there twice now and the staff has not been even remotely friendly. You order at a kiosk and yes, you tip when you order, then they maybe call your number loud enough to hear it when your food is ready. That said, I will be back when I crave Korean food again because I did enjoy my food and there are not really any other Korean food options in this part of town.

This was a good place for trying Korean food for the first time. The atmosphere is lowkey and casual and service was quick.

My $18 pancake did taste pretty good, but really lacked any discernible amount of kimchi and should’ve cost half as much. Counter service is fine, but not for these prices.

Their kimbop is just impossible to eat. Every roll is gigantic and broken. They obviously don’t know how to make these rolls.

This location used to be good, but now seems to be suffering a bit. Food costs $50 for two entrees and a couple subpar sides, takes just under an hour to get, and is cold and overall disappointing. Bummer, but I'll be going to a different Korean restaurant from here on out.

Kim hi soup was very good. It came with two tasty sides, I'm still looking for a sit down, order from the table Korean restaurant, to compete with my fav in the Springs. This isn't it, but the food would be worth returning for.

First time almost 6 months ago and thought it was good. Came back and had the seafood pancake (very oily), kimbap (lacked flavor) and my friend had the bulgogi. It was ok.

Ordered online for pick up. Once you get email confirming your order, do wait to receive a second email that your order was confirmed by them. It does say that in the initial email. As you enter, the pickup area for online orders is a counter area to the left of the shop. I ordered the Spicy Pork plate, comes with rice, salad, beansprouts, and japchae. It was the right amount of spicy, and tasted really good. The kimchi jeon (pancake) was good also. Had some crispy parts which i loved. It does come with a sauce, but i didnt use the sauce. Had enough taste without it. The kimbap was the original, and it was tasty. All in all the food was great, and staff was nice. Sorry about the pics, started to eat before remembering to take pictures of the food.

It was delicious! We both ordered the hot stone beef bibimbop. We hadn't had anything that good since Calif over 8 yrs ago. We're definitely going back to try the shrimp tempura and veggies!

After a long day in the car, we were quite pleased to see a casual Korean place just across the street from our Embassy Suites. As such, it served our needs nicely. The food was good, but not special compared to the better Korean restaurant I've frequented. Of particular disappointment was that there was almost no gochujang on my bibimbop, rendering it quite bland. The pork belly was not worth paying an upcharge over the standard pork. Fortunately, I ordered a side of stir fried kimchi and that really helped add both spice and flavor. Unfortunately, it was a tiny little tub for $3.99; surprising because other items seemed reasonably priced for what you get. Ordering is by kiosk, and your completed order is thrown up on a counter, so you can eat here with zero human contact. If you do need to talk to a human, the interaction is likely to be short and curt. Bottom line, I could go here again if staying nearby, but I wouldn't go out if my way to come here again.

Ordered single combo D on website, should have come with mandu and soup. Didn't receive either.

Excellent bibimbop and bulgogi here. I especially recommend it with the hot stone. Delicious food, large portions, friendly staff.

The hot stone bibimbop is very good at this location. It comes with plenty of food, so consider sharing if you don’t have a large appetite. A small nitpick is that the fried egg provided was closer to over-hard than over easy, but that’s more of a preference thing. Overall, Bop & Gogi satisfied our Korean food craving!
