This is the 2nd salad I have had from this place. They've both been disgusting. The steak is old and flavorless and going into the trash even though I paid $4 for it. Asked for Kalmata olives and got some disgusting version of them. Mushy tomatoes, but hardly any there. I had to add my own fresh tomatoes to make it palatable. Maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of feta. Mind you this was a greek salad, cucumber, tomato, feta and steak... Just nasty. NEVER ordering from here again.

Got the shrimp med salad was not disappointed! I was a little leery spending almost $20 on a salad but it was by far the most outstanding salad I've ever had. This place doesn't get enough credit! I'm going back again today because why not!

This was honestly one of the best salads I've had in a while m the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and it was even recommended to try their spicy ranch with my southwestern salad. I am not a huge fan of ranch, but this was really good, and had a nice kick to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal!

It was a good place to eat. I went at 1:30 so it was empty. It was very expensive for a small salad. It was good I'd go back. The shrimp is heavily coated in a Cajun seasoning. Not bad just would order that salad again.
I'm highly impressed with the service that I receive every time I visit. The ambiance is perfect for the occasion of getting a healthy, clean, & quick lunch. The menu is very simple but yet delicious. I would recommend the Turkey Cranberry Pear, Steakhouse, or the Buffalo Chicken. Expect a great meal whenever you come here.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. Both salads in my order had an excessive amount of dressing. Would recommend getting the dressing on the side, I almost couldn’t eat the salad it had so much dressing. Also could probably do with a better lettuce to toppings ratio for the Cobb salad.

My granddaughter, daughter n I visited My Salad Chop based on the menu items offered.. I had the vegan chickpea sandwich and my daughter had the byo salad.. the chickpea sandwich was a very tasty take on chickpea salad… it was also extremely nice that the salad was chopped … the owner even made a tiny pasta salad for the lil toddler granddaughter which was also yummy.. they were kind and attentive .. I definitely recommend giving this place a try for a healthy lunch ✨✨✨✨
