I seldom leave reviews but felt obligated to do so tonight. After standing being ignored by staff and listening to them talk about how much they dislike the product they're preparing, I was told that it would be over 45 minutes for them to make me a pizza. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I will not be returning.

New ownership took over a few months ago and ever since then the pizzas have been beyond amazing! The new owners are super helpful and the quality of everything is superb. I highly recommend trying them out.

So earlier this year we got a pizza from this location and it was awful. The service, the pizza, everything was terrible. In the last month, we've gone back twice and it's amazing; absolute turnaround. The pizza is awesome, the staff is super friendly, everything is on time; absolute turnaround! I inquired as to what the difference was and I just found out that it is under new ownership and new management. They know how to run a pizza joint and they certainly have my business!

We love the Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza from Papa Murphy's. The new owners have really improved this store. I love the way our house smells when we cook a fresh pizza and eat it hot out of the oven.

My last review had these folks at a 1 star primarily for skimpy toppings. Frankly it was beneath them. Well this time it was decidedly different. New management? Better training? More focused employees? Not sure at all but MAJOR improvement! Ordered 3 pizzas as our son and family we're passing through for lunch. They were ready on time and I could immediately see the amount of toppings was significantly more than before. On a couple of the pizzas I'd ordered added or doubled ingredients and I was VERY pleased the additions happened. Overall I was very pleased with Papa Murphy's efforts.Good job!
