I want to start by expressing that my disappointment does not lie with the server who served us. She was exceptionally friendly and provided good service. However, our overall experience was marred by a mistake made by the cook. They initially got our order wrong, and when they attempted to rectify the situation, the replacement order had fewer noodles than originally requested. What made the situation even more disheartening was the manager's response when he brought out the order. Instead of offering an apology or acknowledging the mistake, he made a comment about charging us double for dine and dash, when it was the cooks fault for not completing the order correctly. While it may have been intended as a joke, there appeared to be a hint of seriousness behind it.Considering the fact that we spent over $100 at the restaurant, it is disappointing to not receive the level of service and attention to detail that one would expect. This particular experience has left a negative impression, and regrettably, we have decided that this will be our last visit to the restaurant. Additionally, we found that the establishment did not provide a family-friendly atmosphere, which further contributed to our decision.

I have been around the area for 20+ years and there are so many, but this is easily my favorite Phó diners in Centennial!Their Central (spicy) Phó is UH-mazing, and the service is on point, refilling waters with rather prompt food orders, and not having to awkwardly wait for a bill makes this such a convenient place for a quick warm-up, even if you are not pressed time or even cold for that matter! This is easily one of my comfort restaurants?Definitely enjoy the quaint vibes, and I will always be coming back to enjoy the food and fast, friendly service?

A shame to treat your customers like zero. Giving them the finger. Is that how you really treat the hard workers of Colorado?

Veggie pho was ok, but nothing special, I thought it could be tastier- more savory, more umami. Service is prompt.
Really delicious food! We went for lunch first and came back for dinner the day after. Recommended!

This place is 5-stars, I'm only giving this place a 3-star to keep it under 4-star review (currently at 3.8) because that's how you know it's a LEGIT Vietnamese restaurant not pandering to the uncultured tastes of people who only eat at 4.5~ star restaurants, which is like 90% of the places in Denver (mostly bad).I'm originally from Southern California, home of the largest population of Vietnamese people in the USA, so my standard for Pho is very high. Every Pho restaurant I've eaten at in Denver has been nothing but a disappointment. Except this place. This will be the ONLY Pho restaurant I will patron for the rest of my time in this state.Food is a 5/5. The broth is fantastic and the prices are unbelievably cheap. A small bowl is only 8 dollars and you leave here feeling like you can't eat the rest of the day. Unlike what other reviewers say, you get a ton of meat, and the noodles do not disintegrate in your mouth like in every other Pho restaurant in the state. The noodle quality is on a different level compared to any other restaurant and deserve the 5-stars alone.Service and atmosphere is a 5/5. It's the Asian gold standard. The worker fills up your water when it's only halfway without a single word. He stands there, one Airpod in, but always watching if you need anything. Nobody comes up to you and asks, "How's the food?" unnecessarily. They can take your order without writing it down, and don't miss a single thing.I am so happy to have discovered this place because I had no hope left for Pho in Denver. I was beginning to think that there really was no edible Pho in this state. But thanks to Pho 97, that hope has been saved.

To begin they are rude they look at you like if you are there to beg , them they don’t great you, please Don’t order any drink because you are going to get ice and just a little bit of drink and them the guy will be mad at you if you say anything, so if you want a bad service and bad drinks go there.
