I brought my disabled clients out to the arcade at this establishment Celebrity Lanes, and I was told I needed to purchase cards for games, the machine did not give me a choice to get a receipt, sobI asked at least four employees to fix this issue, because when I take clients out I am not able to be reimbursed without a receipt from the establishment I was not helped, I spent 40.00 that is not accounted for, I am so passed, this will be the last time, here!

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks location! The store was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also recommended a new drink to try, which turned out to be absolutely delicious, all with a milk alternative.Dietary restrictions: I particularly appreciate that Starbucks offers a variety of milk alternatives, catering to different dietary preferences and restrictions. I prefer oat milk, but they have almond, oat, and soy.

Been going here for years and today was charged $12 for a Grande latte. I was very confused and kindly asked why it was so expensive and was given a snarky remark that it was so expensive because I got an extra shot. 1 extra shot… I’ve gotten the same drink here before and was charged HALF that price. I will NEVER be returning to this location if I am going to be upcharged like this.

Avoid mobile orders at this location. The app will say the lobby is open, but when you arrive there will be a sign saying lobby is closed. You will have to wait in a 15 minute drive thru line to get your mobile order, completely defeating the purpose of mobile ordering.

Arrived at this starbucks at 6:10 AM and I could see there were three cars ahead of me. Guess how long I waited? 20 minutes! On top of that, they gave me a cold croissant (usually other locations warm them up) and they messed up my drink. Then i love how they still have the nerve to give you the stupid thing to tip. Absolutely not at this location!!

Love when the barista stood there and looked at me while I was waiting to be helped at the counter even though no drinks were being made. Definitely not a waste of my time, really appreciated the attentiveness.

We have had constantly bad experiences at the Smokey hill and Buckley location. This location has fixed and taken care of our drinks everytime. We are greatful for the staff at this location.

This place is quickly becoming a favorite location. Friendly and welcoming staff...warm greetings and friendly hello. It's a super busy location so a great place to use your mobile app and plan on a bit of a wait. It's usually well staffed, it's just that busy! Unfortunately, they don't know your name...thus four and not five stars... but it's a great location nonetheless!
