Parking lot is a dumpster fire. Always have to ask for stoper sticks at the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to ask; this is Colorado, the roads are bumpy. Stopper sticks are essential.

I’ve frequented this Starbucks. 80% of the time my drinks come out incorrect. I’m not sure what is going on but this place has been inconsistent. Hot drinks come out cold and hot drinks will also taste burnt.

I ordered a tea and respectfully asked them to cut off the strings to the bags. This is called a customization like they do with all other drinks people are order there, not something over complicated or hard to understand. However, when I requested this, I received a rude reply, and told me that they could not possibly do such an easy thing.Starbucks the reason why I ask you to cut off your strings to your teabags is because you are notorious for over-filling your cups of tea, then you place a string from inside to the outside of a cup. What happens is called science, I do not want to complicate this with technical words you may not understand.Anyhow because the string is inside the cup, and you were placing it to the outside of the cup, that liquid flows from the inside of the cup to the outside of the cup, thus making a mess all over myself and my car. This could all be simply alleviated by cutting off the strings.So I am thoroughly disappointed that you will customize every other drink that you have there, except for your tea.

Can't spell rude with out Starbucks, I swear I now the baristas act so pretentious. Like you work at a Starbucks calm down, I asked a simple question loud enough I know the whole store could hear me not even a foot away from the barista and she couldn't bother to look up. I said excuse me several times and every single person behind the counter ignored me. I was a barista for 6 years it's not hard. Know what else isn't hard? Basic human kindness.

I didn’t pay attention to their hours for this location and didn’t realize that I had pulled in five minutes or less before they closed. But I had no shame and politely asked if it would be okay if I ordered. And the cashier assured me it was fine. She had no attitude about my request and I knew it was genuine when I pulled up and she was smiling at me reiterated to me again it wasn’t a problem. And if you know, you just know if someone is faking. Thanks for a great Starby’s!!! ☕️ ?

Ordered the Venti iced caramel macchiato with sweet cream foam on top -my favorite, had it 100 times. When I asked why they didn't drizzle the caramel on top of the foam the blonde lady said it doesn't come that way.. I just took the drink but I won't be back here.
