Best food truck in CO! Little Big sandwiches are in a league of their own. All other sandwiches will be compared to the ones you find on this truck. Dont believe me, track 'em down at a local craft brewery. YUM.Pictured: Pastrami Mommy, Italian Stallion, Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese

Food trucks are often hit or miss. This one was a hit!My spouse got the caprese sandwich and I got the turkey bacon avocado. The presentation was excellent and the meal was filling.

Amazing. Simply delicious! They post up at 4 Noses Brewery in Broomfield on Saturdays and man, what more could you want? Cold craft beer and (I had) a perfect pork BBQ sammich (B-52BQ). Service was great, the chef took time to make conversation and delivered a fantastic sandwich and experience. I'll be making a point to be at 4 Noses on Saturdays because the LBST will be there.
