3.5/5 definitely not the worst bbq I’ve had. But definitely far from the best. Brisket was tough and dry as well as the pulled pork. All the sides were great, pretty small sizing on the sides though. Overall not a bad spot to get some bbq if you need to stay near this area. If you’re willing to travel, definitely some better options.
This is great bbq. Usually I get BbQ when I'm in TX, Memphis, KC, etc. but I figured while here in Denver why not. Glad I made that decision this stuff was good. Smoked to perfection. When we arrived they were selling out of things like brisket that alone is a good sign as to the quality of their food

Let me start by saying this...I'm from the SOUTH, where there are LOTS of great BBQ places..and after coming to Colorado..I was slightly disappointed at the lack of good cuisine out here. Well, that being said, Winston's BBQ has topped ALL of the places that I have tried out here hands down when it comes to freshness, flavor and smoky impact! The ribs and brisket deserve a chef's kiss emoji (if there was one - lol )....Best spot I've had so far in the Denver Metro area! Still...read full review
