Its been literally 30+mins on waiting for to go.. it shouldn't take this long for a lobby order to go. U got 1 guy just walking around on his phone. When he can help with fulfilling orders. Unacceptable. Do better. B better.

Went in for their specials and they were satisfactory warm fresh. They did not skimp on the meat. Fries were fresh. Good job
Our group ordered 8 classic roast beef sandwiches tonight. All the meat in each sandwich was raw and bloody. Super gross. It's fast food, so the bar can't be very high, but I've never seen anything that bad. Never going back to this location again ?♂️

Got to drive thru and got stuck at the speaker because management doesnt want to pay for snow removel, then we have to go around to wait with no one else behind us, then have to walk across a sheet of ice to go inside and got stuck when leaving just to get home and see that the sauces we asked for were MIA after spending 55 dollars.

Arby's has good food, but I worry about the cleanliness of the store when the guy making my drink and serving my food is in his underwear with his pants under his butt. Unless he is also a plumber, there is no excuse for it. It's unprofessional, disgusting, and I can't unsee it. I know it's tough to find good workers these days, but we need to have some standards.
